They have an absolutely beautiful space that has been recently renovated & expanded that is bright, open and welcoming. I am always able to get an appointment quickly via phone or email and every staff member is friendly and efficient. I recommend them to all of my friends! My nails look absolutely beautiful. I wasnt very happy after my first appointment 2 weeks ago. The girl (Mishelle I think) rushed the entire process and unfortunately my nails were bulky and uneven. This time Laura did them and she was slower, asked for my approval multiple times in the process, was very nice and paid extra attention to every detail. I can't stop looking at my nails I love them so much! Thank you!!- Alyssa

Diamond is my go to place with my friends. They have such a huge selection and the friendliest staff. I am always thrilled with my dip manicures. They just renovated and it is BEAUTIFUL inside. I can't wait to go there before my wedding for a Mani Pedi!

Diamond nails is an excellent place. They always provide quality services. I've gone there for over 8 years because they are always reliable, friendly, and treat everyone with that same quality service. Dan and Lonna are so friendly. It's nice to call a place and have them know exactly what you you are looking for. Laura is wonderful, and so patient and detailed; helping me pick out colors!. If she's not available there are always other very skilled technicians to fill in; which is such a relief. Dan and Lonna run a top service business. After having a poor experience and not loving my nails I gave them a call and they got me in in a timely manner and redid them. Very happy with their customer service and Nicole did an incredible job on my second set. Would go back to see her.

Dan and Lana run a “polished” ship!!! From the quality of service to how their people talk with you directly… they pay attention to the details! :) Customer service is #1 to me and not only do the owners treat you with respect and care but I see it in their people they have doing the hands on work. I’m super grateful for several ladies I’ve had do my manicure and pedicure (I don’t recall their names) but I hope they know they’re appreciated! :) They always help me decide on colors too hahaha I’ve been going here for years, tried many many many places in Madison and around. I always come back to Diamond! Thank you for your diligence in excellence.
