A friend bought a grill and they tried passing off the floor model for the new 1 she bought. Floor model had rust and bird poop stains on it lol. They saw the error of their way lol. This reflects on a few people not the whole store

Every plant I've ever bought from here has had either mealy bugs or spider mites. I only come here for pots.

Sarah, Jason and Derek were very helpful! The garden area was neat and clean, and I was impressed by how organized the entire store was. Although the store was busy the associates made time for everyone. My cashier, Maseeh was quick and efficient, and recommended the survey (which I did take). Over all, I am very happy with my experience, and I got a great deal on a lawn mower!

I'v personally never had a problem there, with either returning and item or finding an item. Some of these bigger places can be quite cumbersome to navigate. This one however is not too bad as everything is in fairly controlled groups. Their prices are great. I built two raised gardens 7x7 including soil and fertilizer, for under $150. oh yeah! looking at the receipt I see that I also bought a circular saw.
