This Jimmy John's location is da bomb! They are indeed FREAKY FAST at deliveries! The delivery guys/gals are always very nice and my orders are always correct! There are few occasions when they can't deliver my way, but what I've been told is, it is only because they are short staffed -- completely understandable. In my opinion, this is the BEST Jimmy John's in town!

They never are available for delivery in the afternoons despite the fact that they are a delivery based sandwich shop. They don’t read delivery instructions such as “Leave at door” Today I waited for over an hour for a delivery and eventually called to find out that they came, didn’t leave the sandwich at the door and canceled my order and now are closed again for delivery..

Very fast service. I was actually incredibly impressed with how quickly they delivered my order. I ordered it online and it was relatively easy to make payment and such. I will be ordering with them again soon.

My wife ordered 2 sandwiches and noticed the charge on her statement was for $50. When she called the Manager said the slip showed a $37 tip?!? We left a $2 but evidently that wasn’t good enough. It’s been 6 weeks and 3 phone calls later and still have not received a refund. DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY WILL LITERALLY STEAL FROM YOU AND NOT CARE.

While asking all the items we would have wanted on our sub droplets would fly about from one's mouth. We are still combatting COVID and of all places those dealing with food should care more about customers. I must say, I was a bit stunned to see this attitude from workers and a business.

Worker verbally assaulted me because I didn't have money to tip him, then shoved my food into my hands, and continued to berate me as he walked away from me. I used to manage a restaurant. I know times are tough right now, but the main reason I order from you guys is because I can afford it. As someone who has next to no income now, due to physical health issues, the things your deliverer said were offensive. I paid for my food. I have had other, kinder delivery drivers in the past, but this particular man was very rude. I already feel bad that I can't afford a tip - I didn't need him to make me feel worse.

Waited for 40 minutes and got worried so called to check on the status of my order. The employee said it was out for delivery. 20 minutes later, I turned on my oven, preparing to make food in case my food wasn't coming. Then called the store and was told the order was still on delivery, even though the website showed it hadn't left the store yet. Usually tip at least 30% because I get my order within 30 minutes, but took an hour an 20 minutes for a 2 sandwich order with a bag of chips 10 minutes away. Each time I called they said it was out for delivery already. Whoever was managing that night must be embarrassed.

Thus I wonder if their messing around is the reason for the recent delays. I understand that these are likely college students just trying to make a quick penny, but I think they should also realize that it's important to do quality work. I tried talking to the general manager, who I think is named Patrick, about this, and he blew me off. Overall I've become pretty dissatisfied with this store.
