I’ve gone to Morgan a couple of times since moving to the area and she is so great at what she does! She really takes the time to really know what you’re looking to get done for the appointment and be detail oriented. The salon is great and the atmosphere is awesome too. First and foremost, the entire Beautistry team is so welcoming, friendly and accepting. The salon is gorgeous - industrial, rock atmosphere with HUGE beautiful windows. The vibes are immaculate and fun! (Also, their taste in music is just *chef’s kiss*) Emily, the owner, is a doll. She’s hilarious, friendly and knowledgeable. She always says hi and makes me feel like an old friend visiting. Morgan, my stylist, is just amazing. She’s so easy to talk to about anything and everything. She listens to my hair goals and helps me implement my visions. She’s thorough and deeply cares about her clients. I just love spending time with her! And then there’s the added bonus of my hair looking incredible every time. 💖 I love the hourly wage system they have in place to protect and pay their stylists appropriately. We love a salon owner who advocates for her employees 💪🏼. Also, they have snacks for people like me who forget to eat meals. 😂 All in all, you won’t regret making Beautistry your salon! Morgan is a breath of fresh air in a world full of scary stylists. I am very particular with my length and layers. She listens. She understands. As for highlighting/coloring/low lights etc, her knowledge and understanding of the science of color is amazing. She knows how to get your hair the way you want as long as you follow the process. The difference between her and others….she tells the truth. It may take more than one appointment. You need to care for your color in between appointment so that you are headed in the right direction to meet your goal. Dollar store shampoos give you dollar store results. I've had a few appointments now with Morgan and I've truly had amazing experiences each time! She has been wonderful about helping me see my vision for my hair come to life. My first appointment she did a fun blond color block with balayage, followed by doing a BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL blue/purple ombre at my next visit. She is also wonderfully hospitable, usually asking if I'd like a snack or drink. 😉 Everytime I go to Beautistry it's been an incredible experience. The salon is top-notch amazing between the vibes/music/fun accessories they offer. I went to Morgan for my first big hair change (a bold color - block and balayage) and I couldn't have picked a better hair stylist! Not only did she do an AMAZING job with her attention to detail but she was a joy to chat with throughout the entire process. I saw the stylist Sarah! She is so amazing and very caring and kind. She took her time to explain to me why my hair was the way it was and what the next steps were. She gave me a conditioning treatment and a beautiful style. Took her time and really made sure I liked how it was done. Chas has cut my hair in the past and has ALWAYS given me what I need. I have super thick hair and a lot of it. She is very knowledgeable and helps educate me on what she is doing and why she is doing it. My last appointment I went in for a cut and color. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I was flexible in how the vision came to life. Chas exceeded my expectations!! This is what hair color dreams are made of!! It's like all of the fall colors I love are on my head and in the best way possible. Chas is super friendly and attentive to my needs. It's like chatting with your best friend. I felt very welcome. Beautistry is conveniently located right off the highway making it super easy to find! The salon was clean and absolutely gorgeous! I know this may not be important to everyone, but the energy a salon has is very important to me. You can tell that the employees love their jobs and it just made the environment even more rad. PLUS the décor was on point! Again I know not everyone is looking for a salon that has aesthetically pleasing décor, but for me that adds to the experience of getting my hair done. I left feeling like a million dollars and wanting to rush to Home Goods to update my entire house to match the rock and roll design. I highly recommend you check out this one of kind salon!
