Today I attempted to pick up my package I received a email for stating my item was delivered 4 days ago. When I got there I was told my item wasn’t there and would be there Friday. I was also told I shouldn’t get items delivered to a PO Box. Please tell me where these companies are getting their employees from. Who in their right mind saids this to a customer. I pay for a PO Box annually to have packages delivered when I am out of town since I travel a lot. The nerves of the guy. I’ve never had a good experience with this company even with home deliveries. Another merchant off my purchase list.

I am ONLY giving 5 stars for the review because of ANDREW MILLER. He is a God sent for DHL at this location. I had some large items, a total of 11 big packages of home goods sent to me internationally to decorate for a special event about over 1 month now, this is a time sensitive items that I was hoping to have gotten by now. DHL has been holding the freight for about ONE MONTH now. I played detective for the last ONE MONTH trying to figure out where my freight is and how to get it. Seems a lot of people don't know what they are doing or just have the WRONG information. I finally drove 1 hour and 30 minute to this location last weekend and gotten more information that I have gotten from people after people for the last month. ANDREW MILLER is GOLD for this location. If he happens to be the one helping you at the counter, you are in good hands. But as far as your packages being on time, available for you, or whatsoever, I am sorry about what you may have to go through. During this process, I felt like pulling my hair out at times. DHL itself is just a NIGHTMARE!!!! Never again will I send packages with them internationally. Never again will sent packages at ALL internationally. My story is too common, save yourself the STRESS and travel there yourself to recuperate what you need. OH... and I still DO NOT HAVE my freight.

I had a difficult transaction but Andrew Miller never gave up. He double and tripled checked to make sure everything was correct for my international shipment. Bonus there was a 30% off promotion which saved me over $120 !

Delivery person said attempted to delivery at a when I was home . He didn’t leave any ticket or sticker with instructions to get my package. I had to go through a lot to get my package or any instructions ( he lied he was never their! Very dissatisfied! Shekeitha

Even tho the company and shipping services were a nightmare and totally suck,the servir at the office and pick up point was excellent. No hassle. I was in and out in 5 minute with my package. But DHL Express shipping totally sucks!

My package has been sitting in this facility for a week now and my scheduled delivery date has been pushed back every single day. Everytime I called customer service they said it was on a truck for delivery. The NEXT DAY I called and they said it was in my city. I called the pick up location in my city and they didn't have it. Then my delivery date was pushed back even more when they scheduled it for pick up when they said it was faster to pick up because it was already there. Do better!!!!! I will never order anything that ships through this carrier again.
