I love the GameStop there, it’s always really well stocked, but out of the many times I’ve been there I’ve ran into one specific woman who was disrespectful each time I’ve gone in. And I’ve also ran into a an employee who was taller, curly hair, and couldn’t grow a beard for the life of him. With the rest of the staff I’ve received no negative treatment.

The worker who helped us said that what we were looking for wasn't sold at game stop and instead pointed us to a different store which definitely helped. I usually just like to go and look at the merch and stuff that different games bring out. Overall a pretty decent store.

Manager got real mad at me when I brought in a trade that I wanted to do for cash when it's literally part of their policy. Declined one of those protection plans and he got even more angry. Horrible customer service and won't be returning to this location. Makes Walmart look like a gem

They did not honor a warranty that I paid for with all the documentation to prove it including the s/n of the system itself. I am seeking legal action. The order I made before this online for 2 controllers took over 60 days. They accused me of theft, and had the matter investigated for not delivering the controlers I had paid for. It's not just this store it was online, tech support, corporate and the store employee. This company has not aged well and all I want now is a refund. Do not buy stuff online the employee even said so to me while telling me his computer would not allow the exchange even though everything matched.
