The Customer service at this store is a Zero ask for help putting an portable air conditioner in the cart the guy said he will call someone to help you there where 2 employees just looking at me while standing in the middle aisle, to your left a lady in a blue shirt just looking at me that work there no one came to help until I ask again and that was a big laugh while doing that. I know what it is, but I want pull the race card today, but very obvious, and with 3 employees conducting this way poor management for hiring such unethical unprofessional workers.

Ran over something on hwy 11 going to farm and fleet. Went into farm and fleet and bought a 100 dollars worth of oil. I came outside and my tire was flat. I looked over at the service department that has like eight bays, only car in the shop, I went over and asked if they would change my tire they said it would be at least a hour they were busy. One mechanic doing absolutely nothing and the other I didn't see. So no help from farm and fleet I changed it with help from 2 other customers.

Blain's Farm & Fleet always has what I need. I had to purchase three new batteries for our semi tractor and the staff at the tire center were very helpful. We were able to test the batteries and do the core exchanges with no problems. And of course, the hubby had to stop and grab some candy before leaving!

Extremely dissatisfied with farm and fleets trailer services. Tried to buy a trailer, first one had a bent tongue in the shape of a banana, second one had no functioning trailer lights and was sparking at the connection. We weren't able to deal with a manager personally through any part of the process. We had no incentive to buy even after attempting to price match similarly priced trailers. Extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their products as well as the customer service. I will advise my family friends and business associates all to avoid buying trailers from farm and fleet in the future.

We bought 4 Michelin tires and had them installed at Farm and Fleet in Sturtevant. They were put on in March of 2021. They had an 80,000 mile tread life warranty. 2 of the tires on the front wore down to bald by Dec.of 2021. So 9 months after purchase. I took it to their store in Oak Creek because Sturtevant was booking out at least 3 weeks or more. They replaced them with no hassle. But they were pro rated. I wound up paying about half the cost. It seemed wrong to me because they were only 9 months old. But I paid it. Then the other 2 went bald about 7 months later. The charge this time was 140 per tire. The original cost of the tires was 209.00 /tire. So again, not much of a warranty. We had a trip planned and scheduled the work for the same day as our trip started. Sturtevant was too busy so they scheduled it for Oak Creek @ 10am. I get there on time on the lady says I have nothing scheduled for you today. I called and the appointment was scheduled for Sturtevant. I had 20 minutes to get there. When I got there I was a bit upset. Then then lady there says she needs to see proof of a rotation. I said it’s only been a year. But that was their rule. You have to rotate them ever 10k miles. I was furious. Then the Manager Kevin stepped in and he was one of the kindest and helpful person I’d ever met. He went out of his way to satisfy the problem. He took it upon himself to personally work on my van himself. It was the best example of what a good manager should do to make a problem corrected. So we left satisfied. Then a week later our battery went bad. So when we went in, Kevin recognized us and took care of helping us. I went out to the parking lot to put the new battery in. I grabbed the wrong size socket from home and was getting ready to buy one. Kevin then pulled his car next to mine , opened up his tool box and said use whatever you need. I was done quickly and back on the road. Kevin is the best manager that I’ve ever dealt with in any store or shop ever!!!!! Thank you Kevin and your help was sincerely appreciated. If I was Farm and Fleet I would use Kevin as an example to all the employees when they are trained and I would do what I could to keep him on board and moving forward. Scott Balcer Satisfied Customer

LOVE BLAINES BUT... I've reviewed this store before and always had positive things to say but recent interaction between employee and my dog makes me think twice about taking her with me all the time. Other than that they have a great selection of item competitive prices and it's very clean and organized. Normally employees are normally polite and friendly but not this last visit.

Great store with a wide variety of products and services 100% recommended. Specially products for animals and agriculture. I really love to come to this store specially to buy accessories, tools and products for our horses but the cloths are little expensive here is why I give 4 stars but other than that is always good experience with employees and great customer service ❤🏆🥇🐴🐎⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went in looking for a new slow cooker or crock pot. Found a Hamilton Beach 4.5 quart slow cooker on sale for $18.88! Normal price close to $40! Wow! No advertisement or anything. Just another in store special. This is where we got our air fryer for around $30. Same deal. In store special. Fast and friendly checkout. Too good!
