God help these workers. The Woman's bathroom didn't have a sign on it. Once inside both stalls are blocked with signs saying they weren't working. I thought I was in Africa. Help these people. Especially the women workers.

I was a little worried about Wendy’s a few years ago, but today they really impressed me 9/18/22. The exterior and interior are 100%better. The food is great and prices have increased but it’s to be expected. The drink machine is my all time favorite. The staff was a lot better as well. Great job!

All the reviews saying this place is good are literally so fake and untrue. Anytime I go here they give me attitude at the drive thru for absolutely no reason. I came to order at the drive thru and i waited 3 or 4 minutes for someone to answer even tho it was 9:30 PM and they gave me attitude for no reason, and one time I ordered food the person at the window obviously seemed like they didn’t even want to be working there. And when I payed he didn’t give me my change back, please don’t go here it’s terrible

The food was good but I had trouble ordering and then after I paid I asked the lady why she had extra charges for cheese and why she took items off my sandwich she then said that my food will be made right so everything was fine. I then again asked her why she charged me for things I didn't ask for she again told me my food would be right so it didn't matter. Despite the food being good I will not return to an establishment that does not have basic customer service skills!

Went through the drive thru. Started placing order, and person taking order seemed friendly. Ordered a triple Dave's burger. The girl said, "Which one?" I answered, "I didn't know there were different triple burgers?" She says, "Well the #7 and the #9?" And she then says, "Oh!" "You wanted a #3 the Dave's triple" and said "Yes, just like I said?" My wife and I ordered the other 4 meals. We were told to pull around to the window. We waited, since there was a vehicle already at the window waiting. The guy behind us, couldn't wait any longer. We seen him go around us, and out to the road and across the street to Dairy Queen! Lol, well, it did take us about 10 mins to order since the girl couldn't understand what we were ordering. And when we got to the window, No "Hello" or anything? Now I understand that people have their up days and down days? But they took our money straight face, and gave us our food about 10 almost 15 mins later. But we were happy to get some food. Would not recommend going on a Friday night. I drove from Watertown about 45 mins just to go here...won't do that again! I will drive to the Wendy's in Beaver dam before going back here! I also worked in restaurants in the past and know that hospitality and good food brings customers back....but not to Wendy's in Sun Prairie!!!!! We were there on July 22, 2022 around 5pm. Parking: Parking lot is pretty big, but when nobody likes the service...the parking lots stays empty. Wheelchair accessibility: One door has a ramp near it, but I don't think anybody in a wheelchair will even eat here with rude people working.

For a fast food joint they are quick and always have fresh food. I have never received a salad with gross lettuce or bad veggies on our burgers. They are also very accommodating if you don't want a bun! Our dog also loves them because they give him a chicken nugget!

Good is great and they offer phenomenal deals but I didn't had a good service experience. Like it took 5 minutes to get my order taken. I had a terrible experience
