Blizzard was too soft. Was running on my wife's hand before she got to the car and it was only 70 ish degrees outside.

Place was nice, but empty. Took my child for the 1st day of school treat. Last time I was there ages ago. Prices now are skyrocketing! Minimum $5 for a shake?! We can blame inflation, but still.

My son ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. For some reason it also contained heath. Heath contains almonds and since he is allergic to nuts, this was a problem. His friend told him that there was heath in it after trying some. Do better Dairy Queen. This is not ok

The last three times I have picked up Blizzards at the Sun Prairie DQ they have been soup by the time I got home 4 minutes later. Extremely frustrating to have them melt all over our brand new car.

Employees were rude. We were asked to leave lobby because the indoor was closing but there were no signs/posters telling us. The lobby usually closes at 8 and they closed lobby at 7:20. A male employee was very rude when we asked why. Also, the line was over 10 cars long.

Lobby closed, drive up only, the line went out their tiny parking lot into the street. Not a very enjoyable first visit; but popular with the locals.

On a road trip. Needed a pick me up, kinda treat. Decided on a shake. I haven't had a shake in, I cannot remember. Not sure if I've ever had a Dairy Queen shake either. I got a medium strawberry shake topped with whipped cream. Oh boy, delicious. Mixed with real strawberries!!

This place has great ice cream. Has great smoothies and has great appetizer-like food. However, sometimes service is slow at the drive through and even inside the store. Overall, has great ice cream and good.
