Our pizza night is Friday’s and we always choose Papa John’s. I have been ordering from here for quite some time. Recently, in the past few weeks, my pizza is not ready, or the order is wrong, and etc. there used to be a team that knew me by name, and always had my order ready at the time it was supposed to be picked up. I am not sure if there has been a management change, and if so, it hasn’t been for the better…

I called in the morning to get a carryout for the evening, but there was a miscommunication and it was delivered instead. I don't carry much cash and since I intended to carry out I didn't think there would be an issue with that. I was surprised when the delivery driver (who happened to be the manager) showed up promptly at the time specified in the order as I was about to go pick it up from the store. I didn't have enough cash on hand to pay and offered to meet him back at the store to pay for it as initially planned, but he said what cash I had was close enough and to have a great rest of my day. It really worked out to make an otherwise chaotic day just a little bit easier and I was very grateful for his kindness. I've ordered from this store several times in the past and have always been satisfied, would recommend.

Thought I'd help them out and pick up my pizza. Thru construction and into the empty lot I drove. Made it home to enjoy my first Papa John's pizza in over 3 years:. NOT! The pizza was raw and missing meat. Literally floppy crust and unmelted cheese. I had to bake it just to try it and then throw it away. Something's never change.🙄

This store is very disrespectful I ordered my food at 9pm and never got it I called in at 10:30 spoke with a employee where he insured me after letting him know I haven't received it he insured me it will be to me in 30-40 minutes as time went by no order has ever got to me when I called back staff played on the phone constantly answering and hanging up very unprofessional rude I called the store all the way to it got ready to close about 11ish it came up as delivered and never got to me still don't order food from this store unless it's early in day because you will either be waiting or want get ur order bogus staff rude and unprofessional service I will be calling corporate

Walk in and 4 workers just stand there and don't greet me! Then after 5 minutes I tell him I'm here for a pick up and I give him my wife name (because she placed the order) but because the system is not up to date it has her last name different. Long story short, he gets irritated and tells the other guy to help me and he doesn't know what to do...omg!!!! I began to get irritated also but then the workers got very disrespectful and I will NEVER go back!!!! They all need to be fired or trained over again!!! I really hope management responds!!

Great pizza place, kinda hidden and small. Only for carryout and delivery. My order was made promptly after I placed my order online , tried the alfredo parmesan new pizza and was absolutely delicious. I'm avoiding marinara sauce because of heartburn and this is the perfect replacement. Not fan of marinara sauce anyways. The only thing I would change is making the crust a little less salty but still very good. Good job guys, recommended.

I always get great service here. Tonight after a hard workout and then watching the 2020 NFL draft I got All veggie add Sausage and was the best pizza I have had in a while ☆☆☆☆☆
