I wish I can give a Big zero. A few weeks age, I walked into this place and was greeted by no “Hello”, or Smile, but only a cold stare. Then the worker, with a monotone voice and blank look asked me for my phone number. It took this person about 5 minutes of questions to search my number, in such an unfriendly way. Finally, I just said in a calm manner, No Thank You and walked out. I surely Will never go back. They made it very clear - they don’t want customers. So disappointed!!! Service: Haircut

Showed up at 6pm and the store was closed, despite hours posted online and on the front door saying 7pm.

Jessica seemed friendly, but her haircutting was quite perfunctory. I did not expect much, just needed a mid fade around, and shorter and tidy top. I ended up with a very untidy and tousled top. A six-year-old body in a playgroud pointed to my hair, said, "your hair.....?". The light in the Great Clip was not bright, and I underestimated how horrific a professional stylist can do to such a simple job. Service: Haircut

They would not shampoo my son's hair because it gets too busy on the weekends. It was 3pm, they closed at 5pm and there was no other customers in the store. I offered a $20 gratuity but no dice. Help me understand why someone doesn't have the ability to use rather basic decision making judgement calls. Never mind just making the customer happy but also for a $20 gratuity for a $14 haircut. Lots of ambition going on here...

I had such a nice experience with my latest haircut at this location. I am not one to leave Google reviews ever but was so happy with my haircut that I felt obligated to leave a positive note about it. I have been struggling with thinning hair and it's been a point of insecurity for me. Greg was so understanding and helpful, giving me suggestions and a haircut that added more volume and hid the fact that my hair is thinning. I'll definitely be back :) Thank you.

Im not one to write review but this is by far the worst haircut that I've gotten in years. I ended up going here as my normal barber was closed and I needed a haircut. The host was nice but the guy who cut my hair was sloppy and unprofessional. His work station was unorganized and did not clean/ sanitize his tools. He was rushed has his son had just gotten there to get a haircut and was trying to get me out of the way. I told him what I wanted and he said that he only does quarters and Ill see length as he goes. Not once did he stop and ask one question after that. He cut my hair in less than ten minutes and left my neck undone and long hairs everywhere. My haircut is not complicated but it normally takes 15-20 minutes. When he said that I was done I wanted to check my hair from the back but he did not eve have a mirror to show me. He just stood there looking at me as I tried to get a good look before I left. This guy butchered my hair so bad that I immediately went elsewhere to get it fixed. I'm sure that the other stylist do a better job or this place would not have a 4 star rating but this guy is a joke. If you're getting a haircut here do not go with the guy with the neck tattoo (I think its a scorpion). I have more faith on Edward Scissorhands than this guy. Service: Haircut

I had gone in for a simple haircut in which all was fine during the haircut as I had thought. When I came home there were stray long hairs all around my head that had just been "buzzed" off. The person that cut my hair didn't show me the back of my head once the cut was completed nor did they actually give me what I had asked for. Now my hair is too short on the sides and I have the random long hairs mixed in. Guess I now have to wait for it to grow. Very displeased Service: Haircut
