Super nice people here. They are great at notifying me when I recieve mail. I highly recommend them if you're a small business needing a commercial address. They've never raised the mailbox price on me either.

Went in to get a mailbox and the guy was not helpful at all. He said I needed two forms of ID but then didn't want to list but three or four different things I could bring in for a second form. When I had informed him that the other Branch took one of my debit cards as a second form of ID he was kind of just like well I don't know why they did that. Got a better deal in better service at postal annex.

I've always dealt with the person that I think is the owner in the past. Love her, she's great and is why I go out of my way to mail packages here. But the guy I dealt with this time was knowledgeable, but his customer service was less than desirable.

At this point I can't tell you how many times I've used these folks for mailing and shipping, but I can say that their customer service has been flawless every time. Also use them as a quick, no-nonsense, notary. Just today one of the places I mailed important documents to erroneously sent correspondence back to them instead of to me. Brad called and notified me immediately and is holding onto the letter for me until I can shake free next week and pick it up. Always going above and beyond the call of duty, I cannot recommend Pak Mail on Anderson lane enough!
