As a former napa employee you're manager is rude and would not budge on prices when shown Price's from another napa store your store was 50 dollars over retail price compared to Napa abbotsford sorry will never set foot in your store again

Came in to purchase and have old battery checked but employee couldn't put new battery in as he was the only one on staff and at the time at least 6 customers came in. Employee was very courteous and will still recommend NAPA

The sales girl was rude...I needed wiper blades, she brought probably the most expensive pair they had. I told her I didn't need those. She made a nose then went on the floor and got one, then went to back room apparently looking for another? Was gone a LONG time with not saying anything. I left and went to Auto Zone... Got them right away.

I usually buy my windshield wipers at Advance Auto, because they install them for you. Last one I bought didn't last long, adapter got loose. So I asked if they had an exact fit. Bosch for $30, which I bought for my Sonic. Next day my Silverado needed one. Want to NAPA, their exact fit was only $20, made by Trico. They didn't hello me put it on, but I did it myself. (After I threw out the confusing directions, and just looked to see how it fit.)
