I’ve posted in the past about Russell Cellular not fulfilling their promise to give rebates on our old phones when my daughter and I upgraded to iPhone 13. I contacted Verizon Business and they told me to contact the manager at Russell Cellular. He did not respond to my phone calls or emails. Although Russell Cellular posted that they “were sorry for my experience” after I posted my review and said they would look into the situation and get in touch with me, I have not heard from them after 2 months.

William was so awesome. I was updated while waiting for my shipment. He was helpful with setting up the new phones. Extremely helpful with transferring an account over from another company. Just know he'll get things done.

traded in my old phone for a 700$ credit towards a new phone while in the US -- I was told I could use it with my Maltese sim card -- came back to malta, switched in my maltese sim card, device is sim card locked for 60 days. talked to customer service and was told that only way to have it unlocked now would be to pay the 700$ and i wouldn't get my old device back... effectively paying 1400$ for the price of 700$ (what a deal!)

My mother and I had the pleasure of working with Will both times we went to this location. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when we went in for our upgrades and then again to pick up the rest of our order. We appreciate all of his time and effort in assisting getting the phones and tablet set up. Highly recommend!

I went in to see about upgrading my phone and I got help from Cecily. I spent easily over an hour there one day going over the different plans and phones and she made sure she answered every question that I had so I chose the right plan and phone. Then I had to go back in to get my phone set up and she spent another couple hours with me and i never felt rushed. I apologized to her for having to spend so much time on my situation. She didn’t act bothered at all to spend that much time with me. I felt very comfortable buying the phone from her and I walked out feeling very happy and confident using the new device. I think she did a very good job at making me feel comfortable and spending the time needed to make sure I was happy. I will continue going to Verizon but Cecily will be the reason that I will keep going back to this location.
