Absolutely dismal customer service - pharmacy closed “due to staff shortage” but only when you actually get there. A prudent shop owner would have updated hours on the website. I am moving my pharmacy across the street to Walmart.

Really did not enjoy being stalked by the employees the entire time I was shopping. Not every one is here to steal your products. Also, there are several fingernail polishes and hair products that are so old they are separating. This is disgusting. I’m not impressed and would NOT recommend.

They are allowing customers inside without masks. Half of the employees including some staff in the pharmacy department had masks off or barely covering their mouth much less their nose. It is shameful and upsetting that a business providing essential Healthcare services promotes subpar social distancing practices during an ongoing, uncontrolled pandemic that is killing on average nearly 1000 american daily.

I always go to this store because it's next door to my house and I never had a problem until yesterday when I had to buy a medicine prescribed by the doctor. I went to question the pharmacy attendant because I paid $102 on a medicine that the normal value costs at least $6 to the extremely rude attendant and told me that this was the right value so my husband asked to talk to the manager.The manager visibly irritated started screaming and saying that the amount was right and that it was not going to return the money but at no point did we ask for the money back but we just wanted to understand why the value was absurd. In short we were extremely badly treated for just asking a question and we will certainly not return to this store anymore.A message to the attendant and the manager more respect and empathy for people.

Every time I come into this pharmacy everyone seems like robots they do not smile, all have a irritated monotone voice. There is no enthusiasm doesn't look like a very good team I've stood in the front while one girl was at the drive thru getting car after car meanwhile the pharmacist and another technician stood at the computer and told me someone will be with me soon?? Please hire better staff it is not pleasant a environment

There is a nice young man who works in the pharmacy. Always helps me with my husband’s prescription. Very nice. I wish that he was always working in the pharmacy. Great customer service and very polite. Thank you.

I updated my insurance to a new plan and asked the pharmacist to update my insurance, The young miss told me there was no change. I insisted there was a change, because I knew I had updated. She replied, Sir, I do this everyday. I stated I was sure she did, but my plan had updated, while my account number may not had. Next, she said, Well, if it will make you happy, I can delete and re-enter. I said, Yes. That would make me happy. Note: the store was not slammed busy. I was only customer. Rude is the only word that comes to mind. After paying, she handed me my meds, but didn't bother to smile or say thanks or sorry for misunderstanding. I'm not a grouchy person, but is service without an attitude too much to ask for?

I was visiting from out of town, so I needed my prescription transferred here from my Walgreens back home, and the pharmacy staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Because they did not have my medicine in stock, they called around to other local Walgreens stores. No one seemed to have it so they were kind enough to go to their direct competitor and get it filled for me. Great service! So many reasons why I always stick with Walgreens for my pharmacy needs.
