The worst employees with the WORST attitudes. From the head pharmacist to the cashier, I’ve never seen a worse pharmacy. It’s so easy to be nice to people. These people cannot even be friendly. Disgusting and will NEVER support this store again. Head pharmacist literally wouldn’t finish a transaction for my 6 year old daughter to get the eye drops that the pharmacist had in her hand, bc it was 1:30 and they close at lunch. Meanwhile my daughters eye is swollen shut and is crying in pain, but it was 1:30 and it was time for lunch.

Save yourself the trouble and go to CVS or any other pharmacy. Been going there for years, as usual couldn't pick up a prescription for another 1.5 hrs after it was placed; waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, got to the window and was working out the Goodrx code with the cashier when the pharmacist cuts in with TONS of attitude and tells me they can't do that thru the drive thru. Either pay the full price or go inside to get the $20 discount applied. Curious policy, maybe post a sign? I'll never go there again, staff is fine, efficiency is off the charts bad, pharmacist is the worst. This isn't a recent phenomenon, they've been bad for a while. BTW, the cashier had already applied the Goodrx code when I got inside, there was no issue with the transaction, the only issue was the power trip the pharmacist was on. Crazy.

This place is atrocious… lady pharmacist names Jessica is awful… super rude.. I paid 300$ to get insulin there and came home and was missing half of it. She was super rude to me on the phone. Wish I could give negative stars.

Bad customer service on 01/01/22. The cashier used profanity regarding an expired coupon for a customer in front of me. Then she called me a liar when I politely asked her not to continue with the profanity. It was almost as if she was trying to start a fight. Ruth, the normal cashier and manager, who I think works 60+ hours a week is awesome, but was not there on this day. She is really the only reason we continue to use this store. Maybe it will get back to normal after she finishes her well deserved break. I hope this review does not reflect poorly on her as she seems to be an extremely hard worker and polite person who is forced to work in a very toxic environment.

Worst customer service- especially the pharmacy. I’m not sure if the clientele makes the employees hate the job or if they are just miserable working there … but avoid this store. So many other options that you shouldn’t subject yourself to the long wait times and rude employees. Walgreens is clearly lacking quality management at this store.

Pharmacy refused to sell me allergy medication bcus i dint have an AL drivers license but i provided my government issued work permit as ID. Seems a bit discriminatory. I can buy alcohol and work in the US legally but i cant purchase zyrtec-D from this walgreens pharmacy. Will be taking this to corporate

They don't even deserve one star. The worst customer service. Went through drive through at 2 PM on August 10, 2021. No one in line. Simple prescription for steroid cream to be filled. Told it would take an hour and a half to filled because the pharmacist was at lunch. Went inside and the pharmacist was back from lunch. Not sure why it would take so long. This prescription takes minimal effort to fill; the cream is in a tube inside a box. Took to Publix. Such a nice staff! Extremely professional and proficient. It took them all of 5 minutes to fill my script. I will never go back to any Walgreens again.

Good morning, went to this location. To pick up my meds after calling on yesterday and being forced (as always) to name all of my meds I need to have refilled. Even advising them after certifying its me if they would call them out over the phone it would be better and it will protect my privacy. I am told no I must call them out. So, each time depending where I am I reluctantly call out my list of meds. Upon my arrival today I was told one med would be delayed which happens often. I was also told all of my meds were not put in without any explanation. I was simply told come back within a hour or two. I then asked for the pharmacist who did not find it necessary to visibly address me, The pharmacist stated I don't know what happened but it will be one or two hours. I then said so without an apology or anything she then said I don't know what happened and I then asked for the corporate office and store number and still with no apology the pharmacist give the information. I could grasp the fact she still di not apology to pretty much show sometime of empathy. I then asked that the young lady right it down and I will call corporate on my lunch break. I've had meds taken and repeatedly asked that someone from corporate call from this location. No call, I've even ask that my meds be double counted they were doing that but now they are not. IF corporate doesn't follow up I will request a transfer of my meds and report them to my insurance company.
