I contacted Dennis Lee Furniture before moving here and set an appointment up with Randy. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He is professional, kind and attentive. He has made himself accessible via his work phone and personal cell. It's been an absolute pleasure working with him and I know even after we receive our furniture that anything we need in the future we will definitely return to Dennis Lee Furniture and Randy. He is a true Ambassador to the home design industry. I must say on our several visits we have met Mr Lee, Chris and the ladies there and what a fantastic bunch. Our experience couldn’t have been better. Knowledge of the different fabrics and their performance and the furniture companies was thorough. Randy Medford was the designer that worked with us. He came to our home to look at the space we wanted to purchase furniture for; sent us a layout plan that he thought would work best. He selected a variety of fabrics and rugs for us to look at. We ultimately chose a fabric that I don’t think we would have even looked at for a chair and matching ottoman. Randy had selected it along with several others, and it was perfect and will be so beautiful in the space and with our existing furniture. Perhaps the best part of our experience was working with someone who listened to what we wanted, was professional and friendly and helped stretch us just a little bit in the design area. Since moving to the Dothan area six years ago, I have been searching for a furniture store that offers high quality merchandise with excellent customer service. When I walked in the door at Dennis Lee Furniture, I immediately knew that I had found the right place. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of their merchandise, and the showroom was lovely. I was fortunate to meet Chris Ball on my first visit to the showroom. He patiently helped me to locate two recliners that included the key features that my husband and I desired. He made a visit to our home to review the room layout and provide his opinion on the feasibility of the recliners in our family room. Chris' knowledge of the various furniture lines offered and his excellent interior design skills made the entire shopping experience a pleasure. I highly recommend Dennis Lee Furniture whether you are looking for one or multiple pieces of furniture. What a phenomenal group of people Dennis Lee Furniture has! So personable, from Dennis Lee himself, to the design and delivery crew, couldn’t ask for better people! Randy Medford, THE design guru, created a comfy, cozy and beautiful den environment for my daughter and me. He measured the den, existing furniture pieces, window placement and took note of the wall color. Came up with a design, went over EVERY detail and piece of furniture he chose, even walked me through my den with their 3D design software! He’ll use the pieces you want to incorporate and will HONESTLY tell you what will and won’t work. I couldn’t be happier and if you haven’t visited Dennis Lee Furniture, I highly recommend you do!
