The staff is friendly for the most part but their drive-thru is the slowest ever ive had to wait for over 30 mins each time i go there and always have to end up going inside to get waited on if short staffed hire some help thats qualified and to betty cartwright if your gonna tell people off about the pharmacy why dont you get a job here and help out? oh ive already got a job i work so that answers your question

Due to rude customers they have lost some staff in the pharmacy. Remember folks at least they showed up for work! They are doing the best they can with the amount of prescriptions they have to fill in a short time. So back off your not the only person picking up. Be grateful you can get your prescriptions fill at all.

Waited over an hour to be told the Rx was not filled after receiving text confirmation that it was. Waited over an hour another time to be told that they were only accepting cash (no sign about this until the end of the line, by the way) and not able to give any form of change. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible pharmacy, abysmal management. Go somewhere else.

Don’t go here for a rapid Covid test because you’ll never get your results. I’ve been tested twice and didn’t get my results until I called and they told me, when I asked them to email my results so I could have proofs they never sent it. Walgreens is a joke.

Stopped to drop off prescription. The woman at the window never looked up at us. We were not greeted . It became so awkward that we pulled away and left. This not any way to treat paying customers. We went to different pharmacy and we were treated excellent immediatley.

Not even apologetic. Just said, “Well, you should have gotten a call.” We didn’t. I double checked. “Well, we’re not doing it today.”

Whatever you do, do not take your FedEx packages here. They scan the wrong label and ship your item back to your own home when you are trying to return an item to a store. This results in having to make a second trip to ship your return, missing the return window and creating an utter headache. Including the correct size being sold out and not being able to exchange your purchase. Thank you for wasting my time.

The older pharmacist who came from Rite Aid is just plain rude. Brett and the other ladies are great - but because of this one pharmacist, I will be leaving Walgreens. I've never had a pharmacist cut me off everytime I tried to ask a question and then just hang up on me when he was done answering. Then there's the wait. 2 to 3 hours for a prescription. Walgreens, if you are going to buy out every pharmacy in the area, please expand the pharmacy and hire more people.
