WARNING ⚠️ these people are crooks! I paid my balance in full before the work was even done and 2 years later I was contacted by debt collector for a unpaid balance. They have a reputation for this.Atleast in Gadsden Al. Use at your own risk!

I will never go back. First I got a brown filling right in the front of my mouth that does'nt match my teeth and looks like I still have a cavity. Then on another tooth the dentist got so mad at me that he stormed out of the room in the middle of a procedure. He said that I couldn't keep me tongue out of his work area. After that I didn't want to go back but I put on my big girl pants, drove an hour to my appointment only to be told that they canceled my appointment. Even though I confirmed by text they said it was canceled because I didn't verbally confirm. I wasted an entire day. And they get revenge on those who complain by not filing insurance.

Do not go here! There are other dentists in the area that are cheaper and will treat you right. These people do not honor their word They have LOTS of employee turnovers. And they do not answer their phone or return calls. Once they have your money they do not care about you anymore. And if the drilling is hurting you and you say stop! Too bad!..the dentist tells you to be quiet and be still.

A few months ago I had a tooth to break at the gum It was very painful. Dr.Moore fit me in. Took out the remaining tooth. His sence of humor, friendliness, put me at ease. On April 13, 2022, MS. Cassandra, thoroughly cleaned, checked my teeth ( & took X Rays). Both she , Dr. Moore are friendly, professional, caring. A long with the whole staff. They gave me advice on how to better care for my teeth & gums. I would recommend Aspen Dental of Gadsden to others. ease. Recen, I had a chrck up, cleaning, X-Rays. Cassandra did a very thorough job checking& cleaning my teeth.

Okay where do I start. I haven’t been to an Aspen Dental location in over fours years and now I’m back. I’ve learned the hard way that this is where I want to be. The staff at the Oxford location are the best. The team is just awesome, I can’t wait to return to get my wisdom teeth pulled and I look forward to them treating me for ANY other problems or none problems I may have with my teeth.

Aspen Dental is a great place to go for dental work if you need it. Here in Gadsden is easy access and plenty of handicap parking. They are very nice and they take their time to explain what you want to know. You can ask them the questions and they are glad to answer them. The dentist is very nice and does a great job. I really like the place and like being able to look out the window sitting in the in the chair instead of looking at the walls.

My experience was disappointing. my bill was outrageously high, getting the x rays was painful and when I went to make another appointment they said my insurance wouldn’t cover for today because my card has a 3 month wait but it covered certain stuff ? I paid the other half $100 and really wasn’t sure why they put toothbrush and mouth guard when I didn’t ask for it I asked where I could get one. they didn’t show me everything I paid for until I asked what else could I take off. I don’t recommend at all, I am upset and wasted the money I used.

My visit started with the Dental Assistant, unfortunately, I didnt get name only that she’d been there about 3 months. She made me feel at home and comfortable. Next, I saw Angie, the dental hygienist, she was awesome and gave me a lot of useful information, Then came Dr Moore, who is always a treat when I visit, Cassandra in front office was amazing with a great personality. She went above and beyond with handling the business part. I will most definitely return.

The staff is phenomenal there!! From the phone call to confirm I was coming to my appointment to the day I went into the office, they are so sweet over the phone and even nicer in person. I saw Dr.Moore and Dr.Kyatt they both were very kind, caring, and compassionate. They sat with me and explained all of my different options until I completely understood all of my treatment. All of the assistants, hygienist and all of the girls up front and the office manager were so great! The office manager worked with me financially, I was able to pay monthly which really helped. She explained everything in detail. This office is very thorough, professional, and empathetic. Definitely recommend to anyone needing dental work!!! I will never go anywhere else for my dental needs!
