Gadsden Planet Fitness is the best! The staff is absolutely amazing and accommodating! Always very eager to assist with anything! Courteous and knowledgeable, highly professional staff! The gym is always immaculate and clean. Very fun and safe vibe! Highly recommend this top notch Gym!

I originally paid for 24-7 Access. Few PF gyms have that now. There is little customer service at the gyms the staff do not help much if you have issues.

The Gadsden Planet Fitness is a great workout facility. Caleb and Allie Bobo and the rest of the staff here are extremely friendly, have great work ethics, and care about their members. Every time you walk in, you’re immediately greeted with a genuine welcome and smile. Also, all the equipment is well maintained. Everyday that I come in, the staff is constantly making sure that the gym equipment is dusted, wiped down and placed back in its correct location. Just for reference, I also have a membership to another local gym, but prefer coming here because of the staff and clean facility. Would definitely recommend the Gadsden Planet Fitness to anyone looking to become a member of a gym.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They always greet my family and me upon arriving and when we are leaving. I always see them going around cleaning and talking to the members. They are always smiling and have started calling us by name. I have been a member of several different gyms but this is by far the best we have joined. They seem to really want to get to know you and your family. This really encourages us to stay committed to our fitness. We joined at the first of the year and have encouraged others to join since then. We always look forward to going to Planet Fitness.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The gym is always clean and locker rooms are spotless! There’s plenty of equipment and machines that you never have to wait. Love this place!!

I love the place itself. The only issue is the employees arnt very informative. I had to ask several questions several times because it is or was my first time ever going, and they knew this upon me registering. I got no walk through without asking, didnt know how to use the equipment and actually had to watch YouYube vids to figure it out. They, in my opion, should work on making everyone, especially first timers more welcome to the business and establishment itself!
