Only the drive thru was open. This was ok as staff kept the line moving fairly well. Food was fresh and hot. Had to take off a couple of stars due to the order not being correct. Ordered a specific meal to get a breast and they put a thigh in instead. Only reason I didn’t take back was it was WAAAYY cross town. Cashier was very polite. However they should make sure customers orders are actually correct considering prices are higher but servings are getting smaller.

I ordered a three piece spicy with macaroni and fried okra. I received two piece original with two mashed potatoes. When I called up to discuss I got nothing but attitude and hung up on. I ordered my items through DoorDash, so at least I was able to get my money back.

They said the chicken fingers were frozen. So I ordered a chicken sandwich. They said the buns were cold. I told them make it without the bun. I overheard somebody criticizing in the background "no bun!?". Then they didn't have unsweet tea. I was working on my car before and went inside to wash my hands. There was no soup on the men's room. So I went into the woman's to get soap. Somebody yelled at me that I can't go in there. I heard them yelling when the door was shut so I didn't respond or acknowledge they yelled at me. Then I figured I would eat in there dining room and they told me it was closed. It was ridiculous.

They very slow and disrespectful. They are RUDE with no customer service skills at all! They need a whole new crew from management to employees! Never Recommend! Hueytown location!

Had a little different taste than normally and got mixed chicken instead of the legs and thighs but it was really good! Mashed potatoes and gravy and fried okra Togo with it. It was a very welcomed sight! I didn't have to go home and cook!!!! YAY!!!

They will always get five stars. We don't have one in Gadsden so I drive to Birmingham and it is well worth it. The chicken is the bomb.

No stars. I ordered lunch for my family on Easter yesterday at 10:51. Went at 12:00 to pick up to be told to come back at 12:30...went back at 12:30 and the door was still locked, I was yelled at by an employee who said I couldn't get my food or my money back because they didn't have a manager. It was almost $70 worth of food. I want a refund. I called for hours yesterday and the phone was off of the hook.

On Tuesday, August 11, 2020, after 7:30 pm; I went to Church’s Chicken on 94 Allison Bonnet Memorial Run. I passed it earlier because I had an appointment I needed to go to. But, I saw the sign about the Fire Smoke House Combo and to my surprise when I came back and I got in line at the Drive-Thru they asked me to try it and I said Yes and Thank you. I tell you it’s at a good price, and you get a nice half size fire smoke chicken and Believe you me even the skin was crispy and good. I only ate some and put the rest in the refrigerator. Next, he asked if I wanted to change my side and make my drink a large. I only substituted my mash potatoes and gravy for corn on the cob and yes it was good too. (Could have used more butter). However, my Drink wasn’t flat and that’s definitely a PLUS, A HUGE PLUS! ( Always take a couple of sips of your drink to make sure it’s good) I also ordered the Lemonade box pie with a graham cracker crust and it was very good too. My honey biscuit was fresh, soft and very tasty. I didn’t have to wait a long time either even though there we’re already about 5 to 6 cars ahead of me. Next, when I moved from the window, I found my pie was missing and I had to get out of my car and knocked on the door and they immediately brought me my pie. Therefore, I dropped them to 4 🤩🤩 stars instead of 5. But even though that happened. I definitely will go back and get the same thing again. I’m expecting amazing and delicious fresh food again, and good customer service too. I definitely recommend you go there and try out the Fire Smokehouse Chicken Combo. If you love and want something different in chicken then get the Fire Smokehouse. I have enclosed the pictures so you can see for yourself. Look how large is it, and my corn on the cob too. Go and get some! Tell them Faye Day on google sent you! Enjoy your food!
