I was driving from NY to TX in a small box truck. It just so happened in the middle of a heavy rainstorm on the highway the wipers got crossed and ripped the driver side wiper off. I pulled over to the nearest Uhaul facility in Hermitage, TN and Sam O. a lifesaver he replaced the broken wiper and tightens both wipers to prevent that from happening again. I was back on the road in no time. Thanks again Sam for helping us!

My employer had my truck serviced here to get a new trailer hook up. I have had electrical problems with my truck ever since. Fans and wipers won't work sometimes, lights in cab flicker. My alarm would also go off at all hours randomly. The extent of this botch job is beyond my understanding but paying for a new 4x4 actuator has brought me here to warn others looking for a reliable shop.

Oh, it's the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The girl at the front desk was so rude and ill-natured. She was arguing with every word I had said, ignoring me when I tried to get some information (this was my first time renting a truck from Uhaul). Ended up with sending me out because I stopped her doing her job for which I paid. Sorry, Uhaul, never again. I'd better pay another renting company which respects their customers.

DO NOT MAKE A UHAUL RESERVATION HERE! I came the DAY OF my move to pick my truck up, and the RUDE and HATEFUL blonde girl at the front decided to tell me my reservation was for the day before, not the day of my move, even though I clearly had my reservation that I showed her with the date. She refused to rent it to me. Funny thing is, I reserved it at the same location WITH HER. If they can't properly handle their uhaul reservations, I'd hate to see what they do to their customers who have work done on their cars.

Everything was good until i returned the truck back. truck didn't have full gas and I filled in more gas than when handed over to me. Also took couple of pics of the gas levels. but when they sent to receipt, they added for fuel saying there wasn't enough fuel as given. I called them, also responded back with pics i have taken. But none even cared to respond for it. If you take trucks from here, please make sure you return when its open, rather than using key drop. pic 1: Level i captured while returning

Exemely poor management. The intake was okay, the guy seem pretty nice, needed a 10 but all they had was a 20. Rented for one day brought back on time when returned they was closed, Sat. @ 1.00pm. an hour before suppose to bring back at 2pm it was 1:15pm. Then was charged for 2 days. When called they had my account mixed with someone else. Never will use them again.
