I called to see if they delivered to my location they instantly hung and then called me back and said we do not deliver to my location and called me the N word I see why dominoes is better Pizza Hut has got to train their employees on how to be professional on the phone this is not the same place I used to eat at no more

Delivery person was outstanding. I did get the wrong order but was corrected without issue. Delivery person was still the same she apologized for the inconvenience and everything I ordered was outstanding.

Did online ordering and waited the stated time before going to pickup curbside. Upon arrival, called inside to let them know I was there, as the sign stated in the parking lot. Was informed it would be brought out in a minute or two. After waiting 25 minutes, called inside again and the phone was answered by a different female employee. Was told that they were short staffed and that I needed to come inside. Asked why I wasn't told that earlier and she said she didn't know. Then I went inside and got in a line of about 12 people before I could get my order. Won't be going back anytime soon.

The delivery driver was not very friendly at all did not respond to me when I told her to have a good night. Also I did not receive any utensils to eat my food with and when I called the restaurant oh, the manager said he would have the driver bring me utensils right away, but no one ever showed up. Being at a hotel, utensils for food is very important!

We have gotten pizza from here three times. Every time it has been oily and the crust tasted old. We kept hoping we would get a good night on pizza. We live in a small town and this pizza hut is the only pizza restaurant. The frozen pizza sold at Walmart tastes much better.

The screen kept freezing up when I was trying to place the order. It was just a blank white screen. It took a very long time to place my online order. The pizzas were fine, but placing the order was a struggle.

Today and last time my pizza was wrong . Today I ordered bacon & pepperoni over the whole pizza and Italian sausage on half instead I received Italian sausage over the whole pizza and bacon on just half . The time before today I had no sauce on my pizza. Of my last 5 purchases 3 have been wrong
