Staff at this Publix are super nice & they’re usually not packed. They don’t have self checkout lanes which is kinda nice, seems like everywhere else expects you to ring yourself up & bag your own groceries while paying 20%-30% more for most items thanks to Biden.

I live in Clift Farms and that's always my first stop but when I'm on this side of Madison this publix is my go too. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I even was offered paper bags for my items. Didnt know that was a thing anymore. Always great customer service no matter which publix I hit!!

BOGO is great! I love when they do this on products that I actually want and use. Very clean store, well organized and friendly workers.

Always a pleasant shopping experience. They have this cake...worth trying if you are looking for something not too sweet. It's icing is made from whipped cream. It has blueberry and strawberry as garnishes...vanilla based cake. BOGO's are the bestb deals. It's important to note that buying one item from the BOGO deal..is priced at 1/2 price. You do not have to buy both items to get the deal. Not the same situation in Florida. J/s

I've been shopping here since it opened. Some people may wonder why, given Publix is generally more expensive than other grocery stores. They also had problems with stocking some things, especially at times during the pandemic, when I could find them elsewhere without fail. Truthfully, aside from the friendly service, the simple fact that they don't have self checkout makes it worth going to me. I don't go to the store to pay a business for a product, and then on top of that perform work for them for free. The companies that enjoy making people self checkout deserve the problems it brings with it.

My first time in a Publix in years. I encountered a more upscale shopping with a nice salad bar, olive bar, bakery and hot food. It seemed like their selection was good and had things you don't find in Krogers.

Clean, friendly staff, quick checkout this day. Only negative was several items that I need were out of stock. Looked like the shelf only held 6 to 8 items that would lead me to believe they need to stock the shelves more often.

I have shopped at this Publix several times since moving to Madison since its close to my neighborhood. Publix is new to me so I thought I'd give it a try. This store is always clean and organized. I don't think I've ever waited too long in the check out lines. My favorite part of going to this Publix is walking in and seeing all the beautiful, healthy plants in the flower section. Then experiencing all the delightful pastries. I love the fresh cut fruit section. Oh, and the deli! The blessed deli always has something to please. I've purchased at the deli for a quick lunch grab and not been too disappointed. My daughter does says to tell you all to stay away from the fried okra. (blah!) I cannot wrap up my review without mentioning that the staff (especially in the deli) are very polite and welcoming. I recommend! (4 stars only because of the okra)
