Super Friendly staff in all departments. Love the selection on pretty much everything except fish. The fish selection is on the pricey side at $14.99lb for trout and 10.99 a piece for salmon.

The highlight of this store is the staff. Everyone is very polite and helpful, and we frequent the deli often. The food and service are always great. The downside to this store is they are frequently out of the food we like to buy on their shelves. Large sections of their frozen food freezers are mostly empty. I would blame this on COVID like everything else, but I can find those items at other stores, including other Publix locations. This is just the closest store. It's almost gotten to the point where I'll just drive past this store to go to another location with better stocked shelves.

I have shopped at this location since it opened because it had excellent customer service. Within the last 3 months that has not been the case. I was there today and while putting my groceries in my car, an employee came to my car and stood there waiting for me to finish, never asking if he could help. He just wanted to retrieve my cart. Unbelievable. Guess it’s time to find a new store.

I love shopping at Publix over close to me in Harvest, Al. The staff is so friendly and always make me feel at home. They have good fresh foods and pretty much everything I am looking for in a supermarket.

Nice people. Wonderful lady at the front desk area. She made my day! She was kind, helpful, intelligent and gorgeously bald! First time coming to this location because my usual publix didn't have my daughters medicine. Will be back again!

I usually shop at the Clift Farms Publix, but I visited this location that day for my sushi. I did not enjoy the sushi... There was too much rice and too little filling and very small selection. The sushi chef looked and felt a little like she may not have been having the best day. (I do hope it got better.) This will not prevent me from shopping there again, if need be.

THE BEST PRODUCE DEPARTMENT ANYWHERE EXCEPT FOR THE PUBLIX ON HWY 72. IT COSTS A BIT MORE, BUT I KNOW WHERE THAT MONEY WENT AND GLAD TO PAY IT FOR THE BEST OF EVERYTHING PRODUCE . FRESH CRAB LEGS CONSIDERING WHERE WE ARE. SO FRESH IS KINDA OF A LOOSE TERM. DELICIOUS NONE THE LESS.

Very convenient location. Workers seem happy to be there. I'm always in and out in less than five minutes here, which is a blessing for workers like me with only thirty minutes for a lunch break. Prices are a small bit higher at Publix compared to other places, but that make up for it with the variety of products they offer. If a manager somehow sees this, please keep stocking Orangina here!

Needed to re stock fridge, got to the publix immediately after opening. All the staff were so friendly, making small talk about music festivals (I am wearing a Seether concert shirt), was sleepy and for the life of me kept passing the water aisle, one of the associates kindly directed me to the correct aisle, it made my really long night much better.

I bought buy one get one free checken thigh. However, the cashier made a mistake in the calculation and went to the service center to check the item again and pay again. buy one get one free. However, when I got home and checked it again, the calculation was wrong. It was calculated as buy one get 50%. They never said they were sorry. I feel very bad.
