I had an incident last night, it was raining cats an dogs an hanks towing did have to take there time cause of the weather to get there but i couldn’t ask for a more professional tow truck operator. He showed up on scene an obese red the scene an went to work in an had my truck loaded up an ready to tow on in no time. He definitely understood I was disgusted about the incident but done an awesome job taking over the scene an handling business an making me feel that everything was gonna be okay. I 💯% will remember this towing company the next I need one an advise anyone else needing some help to call em too and or request them if you find yourself in an incident.

Very prompt and super courteous. Could not of asked for any better response time or better service. Wife and kids and the dog were stranded w a blowout on the side of the highway an hour from home. Extremely great service and handling of situation. Service: Car towing

It took the tow truck over two hours to after I was told it was dispatched to make a 30 minute trip. Only after giving them ample time and allowing for traffic did I call back to be told the had taken another call, one that was made after they told me the truck was on the way. Come to find out they have a contract with the state. which I understand. But if they are going to take another call and put it before mine I would think they would have the common decency to at least give me a call and let me decide if I wanted to wait three times what I was expecting. Their price was also a good $75.00 above the going rate. I was uneducated on towing services, but now know better. I would not recommend Hank's unless you have plenty of time and don't really care how much you spend. A disaster from start to finish. Horrible business practices to leave a customer waiting all that time without at least a courtesy call. Service: Local hauling

It was expensive! $200. for a 25 mile trip. But, the tow truck driver helped me get my friend inside. He's disabled visually and physically. The tow truck was a big cab, as big as an 18 wheeler! Very difficult too climb in. He was also very friendly and patient with us. Thank you!

April 2, 2021 I was in a horrific accident, another car changed lanes into me on the interstate running me into the guardrail, which spun the car I was driving around and smashed it into the guardrail three more times. I was traveling with two dogs and hours away from home. To say I was a mess doesn't cover it. Your driver and his partner were professional, and went above and beyond helping me get myself and my dogs to a pet friendly hotel, getting all of my luggage and dogs in. Unfortunately I left the paperwork he gave me in his truck but please know he is absolutely an asset to your business and I'll forever be grateful for the treatment and professional manner I was treated in that evening! I was satisfied with him moving a storage unit building from 1 location to the next. Drivers and staff are rude ill mannered disrecepectful to customers. Will not make nehiles available to customers after 5pm when calls are made to to try and set arrangements after hours. Has no interest in trying to help customers regain their vehicles. OWNER WILL MOT ACCEPT RESPINSIBILITY FOR HIS WORKERS NOR WILL HE RETURN PHONE CALLS. VERY VERY VERY POOR WORK ETHICS AND BUSINESS VALUES. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Called to have car towed to a shop. Said it would be approximately an hour, which was not a problem. An hour later they arrived to pickup the car. Driver introduced himself (Tony), very cautious as he loaded the car, extremely nice and friendly. Very satisfied!!!
