I do not because post office workers are Fed employees so they do not even care about customer service or just this post office show their attitude to their clients! I went there to mail some stuff and the worker’s attitude really bad. He yelled me ! I’m very understanding person, if people not sooo over I never getting mad. But this one is awful !!! I recommend you go to an other post office if you donot want get yelled or get mad from some strangers ！

The hours are so limited for Soldiers. Please look into getting a Priority Mail kiosk so the primary customer bade isnt restricted to these hours

The worst post office I have ever been to, withtl the rudest individuals staffing it. Not to mention all the supplies are locked up with a sign insinuating theft. In addition only one person is allowed inside at a time, a self imposed covid mitigation measure that is not in line with post policy.

I went when they first open, roughly around 0840. The guy that helped me, his name Cody, was amazing. I don't really understand why so much of negative reviews but perhaps this place is on the rise with getting better. I bought a PO box and he was very helpful, kind, and polite. Thank you Code for all of your help.

Every Media mail package we get is opened and "inspected". We have been charged upwards of $20 for a package that would ship for $8.00 first class. We have received no fewer than 10 such inspected packages from different sources all over the country, some personal, some merchants (except Amazon). All inspected. One large package containing DVDs and CDs was tracked here and then disappeared. We had to get it reshipped and then it was held until I could ransom it out. We have opened cases just ust to have no feedback +30 days. We have had our kids pay out of their allowance for packages for them to carriers who provides them zero change! Items are missing from packages. I would give them zero stars, but that isn't allowed.

Disappointed about the guy who worked yesterday 6/02/2020 ( Cody ) This guy is so rude, I tell you I was asking him about how the insurance work and he straight up give attitude with a question to answer a question. I didn't understand how the insurance work but he couldn't take atleast 1 minutes to explain to us how the insurance work, instead he give attitude. Funny when I said that he's acting racist, he straight up change his tone and talk to us nicely. I refuse to work with this guy next time I see him. Up till now I still don't understand how the insurance work, but I had to paid for it still because I needed it. -Mrs. Auano

I mailed two birthday cards from this Post Office (Ft. Huachuca) over a month ago, neither card made it to its destination. Mailed two more cards a week later to other people through the Sierra Vista Post Office and those made it within 7 days to their recipients.

Didn't have my PO box for a month and had to cancel - long story but it was a complete nightmare! They returned packages randomly (addressed to my home on base) claiming the reason was the address was vacant - I've been in my home for 2-3 months now. The staff (except 1, although I dont remember her name) is unhelpful when it comes to these issues. I've come to believe they find enjoyment wasting your time, I had forwarding issues with a package and the lady was completely unhelpful and rude. If you can I highly recommend avoiding this post office.

While I was out of town for a few months, they closed my P.O. Box because my "card was declined" when they went to automatically renew it, but they had no trouble charging it for not returning the keys. They also never contacted me to tell me they were closing my box. Now I have to look for months-worth of mail returned to sender.
