Taking my 2 year old here for his birthday bear was so special to him & I am so grateful BAB is still honoring their birthday bear deal despite being out of the special bear. My son was able to pick out the cutest Spider-Man outfit for his bear, and the amazing employees even helped fix his Spider-Man birthday balloon! Thank you to everyone that was there on Tuesday the 16th :)

Was amazing! My party of four(three were getting bears) came here at about 11/12 o'clock. And the store was nearly empty our entire stay besides a few guests coming and going. Though, one of the employees did say that they had their "morning rush" at about 10 A.M. , So I would recommend going after that time. The employees were super friendly, and would often check up on the children in our party on how they were doing. Overall it was a great experience. Honestly, I would go again!

went here 6/17 around 3pm with a big group of us, all teenagers on the spectrum, all the employees working were so kind especially when a few of us got overwhelmed and overstimulated. i forget their name but they had faded green hair offered us granola bars and candy. they were all awesome. everyone working went so above and beyond :]

Liz, the store manager I believe, is wonderful. We were in today and the store was packed and she was the only one working at the time. She was cheerful and let everyone know she was there alone but would get to us all. She made sure to make the experience great for everyone and we didn't feel rushed at all. She was especially good with the kids. We appreciate her great attitude and professionalism.

Marisa was amazing! The way she can switch between her kid voice and her adult voice is impressive. She really knows how to keep the kids engaged and excited about their new friend.

Customer service is so hard to find right now but the ladies working around noon during weekdays are absolutely amazing! They are kind, caring, and really make this place magical for kids. We came in the have a special dog mended today and I wish i had gotten the ladie's name that helped us. She was fantastic! Thank you!

Elliot and B were amazing! My friend and I built bears for our 23rd and 24th birthday. They took pictures and played Disney music for us. Had so much fun!
