Shelves are never stocked will. The store on 59th Ave and Missouri should just close down rarely open. So the store on Maryland is under new store managers and it's much better

Poor customer service. The African male complained about stocking the candy section which was my first red flag. I came in to purchase bandages and was walking around and one of the female employees claimed she saw me poke a hole in the plastic of the pillow. Followed by saying if you do that again you will purchase the pillow. After addressing her and telling her I didn’t because why would i poke a hole into a pillow??? The plastic already had a slit in it so you could feel the memory foam 🤣 She continued walking behind the counter and was still talking about it to the African male. Mind you a customer had just stolen items and walked out with nothing being done to stop it. But when I asked for the camera footage to be pulled nobody wanted to do that. She then said “I wasn’t trying to make a big deal out of it”. So why continue talking about it to your co workers and now they’re putting their commentary in ?? This was a completely unprofessional act on part of the family dollar. Never returning.

Very messy store, they ALWAYS have boxes in the aisle and the shelves are hardly stocked. I have not had an issue with the employee.

Associates are helpful and kind. Am going with a 5 rating. There's 2 stores one north from Bethany Home Rd on 59th Ave and Maryland that one is dirty and the employees are rude. Then south on Missouri is cleaner, nice employees and a lot more supplies and plenty of $1.25 items.

The cashier told her that the soap was at 4.35 and they charged me at 5.75 she told me that she could not change the prices. bad service 😡

Went in here on my lunchbreak wearing work clothes. The only girl at the counter at 12:10. Feb 2 must have thought i was homeless because of my attire. Homeless is high in the area. The most horrible attitude I've experienced in a long time. We brought to her attention her reply was "so". Disappointing

Store is always cluttered with boxes and products in the aisle and walk ways.. long lines with only two registers but there is always just one cashier working. The good thing is there is a security guard usually there since the area is rough. The aisles are always disheveled. I only go here if it's an emergency and I need something like toilet paper because it's close to my home. They always have a large supply of toilet paper and paper towels, even during the Covid shortage I found toilet paper here and it was reasonably priced. Would give more stars if they would clean it up and remove the hazardous boxes and packages out of the walkways so no one falls.

I found a nice bathroom rug for $8, I love it. The store was very packed with items everywhere. Not real orderly. But I found some good deals.

Really nice there . But they need more shopping carts.... Only had 1 shopping cart to shop around the store. They need at least 30 or 40 shopping carts.... For people to shop around the Family Dollar Store.

Overall experience was okay. The day employees are overwhelmed by uncompleted work from the night shift. Making it easier for shoplifting to occur. While I was shopping people were stealing and walking out of the store. A lot of things are out of order at this location.
