This company is a discrace. I crashed on easter morning and had it towed there. I am from out of town and could not get there for acouple days . It was a local tow and they tried to charge me 700$.not to mention they treated my car like it was impounded and would not let me get my things. I could not afford to get it out so i sent off for the title so that i would not get a abondonment. Buy the time i recieved the title and secured transportation i recieved notice that i had abandoned it. I called and and told them i had the title but too no avail. I had just lost my car and was pretty banged up from the crash and they were not willing to work with me. Way to kick a fellow human while he was down. I would give Kyle from Mammoth towing 100 stars if I could. On a night where everything was going wrong, I caught a flat on the freeway and was stranded on the frontage road. While I was stressing out trying to figure out what to do or who to call here comes Kyle pulling up asking if we needed help. He was super nice and down to earth and made an unpleasant situation so much better. Not only was he an Angel for stopping to help when he didn’t need to but even more so considering he had just got off and was on his way home. Thank you Kyle for all your help. I have to give a huge shout out to Karla and Beto! I got a flat tire in the middle of no where. They arrived within 30 min to rescue my infant son and I. Karla dealt with my insurance so I didn't have too. And a huge thank you to Beto not only did he tow us he replaced and changed my tire after hours so we were not stranded till the next day! Horrible place, my car was towed here and the bill was so incredibly high for such a short tow I couldn't get it out. They then kept all my personal belongings and my work tools and equipment and told me tough luck. Awful place who is in cahoots with the state and county to scalp the working man. They will not work with you and want to keep your car or truck........

My insurance company took forever. However once mammoth towing got the call, They showed up quick, friendly, knowledgeable. Very easy to deal with. I would hope if I ever need a tow truck again they would be on the job.

Mark is by the far the most experienced tow truck driver I’ve ever come across. He towed my Volvo the proper way with the eye lid tool hook from the front bumper which I never saw done before on my car. Other tow drivers dragged the car from the bottom, but this method is the proper way from what I learned from Mark. Overall he was very friendly and professional and it was a good experience. Awesome customer service from Larry with a strong sense of urgency, and accountability from Mammoth towing! Got stuck up at Hay ranch in pepper sauce canyon with engine trouble and within the hour they were there. And had my vehicle at the shop in Chandler within two hours! The people, the equipment, and the total operation a class act!
