These guys were great! They got me in quickly and got me out just as quickly. I originally was going to another store down the street but the wait was way too long I didn't have 3 hours to spare Pep Boys got me in-and-out in less than an hour. Awesome job.

Rick did an excellent job of following up with me after ordering a set of 4 tires for my car. He then immediately got me in for a same day appointment and had my car completed quickly, including an alignment, while I waited for less than a hour. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend this location!

I came in for a brakes, rotors, calipers, and an oil change. I received such great customer service I returned to have my Lincoln Town cars power steering leak repaired. In my previous visit and my current visit I received superior customer service. They were very friendly, informative, and in our fast paced world, the completed all the work before the time they quoted me. I have been a long time customer and will continue bring my vehicles. They got me in right away to replace my A/ C compressor when several other shops were telling me it would be a couple days before they could. Rick got me discounts that saved me a couple hundred dollars. I also need a turbo replacement and Rick again found discounts that will save me $500.00 less than other shops. Very good people, I won't go anywhere else from now on.

Made an appointment with the online appointment maker. Show up early for my appointment and was told I had to drop my car off for a basic AC check and they wouldn’t get to it until the end of the day. I was supposed to have a quick check. They offered to take my car the next day but said they’d have it the entire day just to check the AC. Completely unacceptable. They shouldn’t have appointments available to take if they aren’t actually available.

Honestly worst place to bother with. I booked an appointment for an oil change due to working odd hours so appointment was made at 5:30pm I showed up at 5:10 pm only to be told oh you should have gotten an email say to reschedule we don’t have people not even an apology just oh you should’ve been rescheduled. Like seriously then why is it posted on your site that your open til 7pm. What a joke that’s clearly false advertisement then change your hours. I understand we are in a labor crisis but to tell a customer oh sorry we can’t but your hours reflect different perspective. Needless to say I won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend coming here especially for this kinda of service.
