Awesome! The staff is so kind and helpful. Always find what I need and the store is clean and nice. I stopped going to the newer unfriendly Fry's on South Higley.

Overall great store. However, meat counter never has anyone nearby. They're always in the back and it takes around 15 minutes before they check if anyone is in line. They either can't hear or ignore the bell.

We live next to this store,and we drive 5 miles to go to another frys.Decided to try 1 more time,,,mistake,here are the short comings, Shopping carts are filthy,sani wipes out,again. Bought a rotiseri Chicken,cold,unedible,very old. Shelves are a hot mess 1 checker,training at that,if i wanted to use self check,i would,dont force us. This store is a hot mess,needs a mangement overhaul. Do not use,go to gilberts

I'm so disappointed in the management and the way things have been handled with my issues at this location. I have now been in the store multiple times trying to resolve my problem and I keep getting told to come back to let some other person handle it with no resolution still. I have made several phone calls and will be back until the situation is rectified.

DO NOT GO TO A FRY'S after 9:45, when they close at 10:00!! THEY ACTUALLY CLOSE THE DOORS BEFORE 10:00. And will not let you in ,even if your just getting one container of icecream.

LOOOOOOONG waits..Hey mgr....either open up more than one cashier lane, or turn one of the self pay kiosks into an express lane (10 items or less). Yesterday I waited 25 minutes to by 5 items. One cash lane open...the kiosks were packed with full carts and people that don't know how to use kiosks! One of your employees told me that no express lane or more than one cashier lane open was Corporate policy...baloney! Other local Frys have them!!!!!

I had a great experience at Fry's today and will start shopping there more often. It is the closest Fry's for me but I have shopped there rarely due to multiple less than helpful experiences In the past. But today I was in a pinch and decided to give it a try even though my expectations were low. But Travis in the Deli department did a stellar job. He was kind and helpful to the person before me even though the gentleman needed extra time and assistance. He was friendly and professional and an exemplary staff member. Because of his service I will give this store a try again.

I purchased 2 chairs from the Main/Greenfield store and they were too big for my porch. After looking for over a week for my receipt, I printed out my credit card statement for the purchase and had my Fry's card and credit card with me. I explained to customer service and was told she was not authorized and got her evening supervisor Eddie. Without ever even making eye contact he said that the receipt clearly states that returns without a receipt will not be accepted. I nicely asked even with my date, time card and Fry's card. He turned to the other employee and started talking to her-no response even after I waited a couple more minutes. I went home and checked other receipts-there is no such statement on them. Long long story short, I went to the Higley and Baseline store and Jennifer took it back with a smile and thank you. WOW no wonder this store is such a mess. Worst employees ever at this one on Main.

A couple months ago 200 dollars was stolen from me from one of the employees and the manager didn't really care . The managers name is Sheila I think and today I said to her maybe you should open another lanee and she said " 60 hours a week without being with my kids , Ain't nobody better be complaint " . I would hate to see how she managed her kids because she can't manage the store. They are always out of stock on things and it's a nightmare , I will never go back to this location.

This complaint is minor but big for me. For the last month they have been out of Big K diet orange. Plus they are always out or low on their other diet sodas. I stop by 1-2 times a week while I drive by it. Change your on hands or order extra please. I do buy other things here, but this is the only problem I have here.
