Opened late and wasn't ready for customers at the drive thru. Then didn't have prescription ready which was supposed to be ready the night before. After being asked to fill prescription the technician was very unprofessional and rude and told us to move away so other customers could pull up. Customer service F-

This is the second time I have come to pick up medicine that I have ordered a refill on that they do not have. When asked why they let me refill it or I don’t get a call they tell me they are busy. Another time I was told they are running behind on filling scripts due to COVID shots- I don’t care! My son needs meds that I cannot refill early and when you tell me by 7pm and I show up the next morning at 11am and tell me it’s not ready, expect me to be upset! Worst pharmacy EVER.

I've been using Fry's Pharmacy for 20+ years. And because of the unprofessionalism of Monica, tech who works there, I will switching all my Rx's and my families to Walgreens. She had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm trying to deal with Covid as I tested positive and am very sick. My Dr called in a Rx for a Zpack Antibiotic and a Steroid to help with my lungs. She didn't understand the Rx for the Steroid. She had failed for 5 days to call my Dr to clarify. Unprofessional!

I don't know why it takes them DAYS to fill a prescription, but it happens all the time. It's not a new or an occasional problem. The pharmacist I spoke to on the phone just laughed at me when I said I'd been out of my medications for days waiting for them to fill it and I asked when I could pick them up. She said I had to give her more time because the pharmacist has to "review it." I'd go to another pharmacy, but Frys is the only place that carries a particular brand of medication that works for me. I already transferred my parents to Walgreens because I got sick of dealing with Frys for their prescriptions. I'm stuck going here, but it's extremely frustrating to run out of my medications every time I need them even though I submit refills a week in advance. Looking at the reviews, I see I'm not the only one dealing with this.

Avoid this pharmacy if you can. Horrible customer service. I’ve already driven 2 times when they told me my prescription was supposed to be ready and both times i called ahead and told me they would be ready, but when i show up they have none or are missing one. Do i really have to be the one to constantly get ahold of them for the lack of their own job?? And now i have to drive back for a THIRD time?? Obviously not being managed well. Definitely will be switching somewhere else for good.

The customer service at the 83rd Ave and Deer Valley Rd Frys pharmacy is nonexistent. They forget that we are the customer and we are the ones paying for a service. But, their attitudes reflect as though customers are an inconvenience and treated poorly. It’s not once or twice it’s every time. The Frys pharmacy on lake pleasant and Happy Valley is much more customer friendly or there is Walgreens across the street. I will be switching pharmacy’s.

As a diabetic I rely on my prescriptions being filled on a continual basis. I am sick and tired of pharmacy techs that are rude or can’t speak clear English. The most recent pharmacy tech is prejudice and extremely rude.It is clear that the pharmacy manager needs to be fired. The pharmacists are overworked and very good. I have decided that very soon I will be going to a different pharmacy.

I dropped off a cough medication and was told it would not be ready for 3 hours, I planned to come back the next day but I became even sicker and did not leave my house for 3 days. They called me the evening of the 3rd day to let me know that they could not fill my script after all , I was confused as I thought it was being filled the day I dropped it off. I am really glad I did not ask family or friends to waste their time picking up medications from this pharmacy. This is not the first time they have had really poor communication.
