This store is AMAZING. It's very well put together and organized. The staff is super friendly. It's a very relaxed environment. I went there for one of the dome workshops and I will definitely be going again. If you were the kind to poke dead things with a stick, this is most definitely the grown up less stinky version of it. Love this place!

Small little place right now...new building is being worked on in the Melrose district. Has such little and bit trinkets, gems, bones, taxidermy and vintage charts. Can be a little difficult to find in the small strip Mall they are at, bus so worth the drive if your into this type of stuff. Was playing music from the 20's along with the vintage show cases down to the red Persian type rugs made the asthenosphere complete! Please all come check out this little gem in Phoenix just to look at all the interesting neat and the curious items the lady has to offer. I came all the way from Tucson to visit! If you are into something different, you'll enjoy Curious Nature! Dead things in jars, taxidermy, books on all sorts of topics like magic, the occult, and more, this store has it all! We go there almost monthly to see what new fun things we can find, as well as to partake of their specially curated Mystery Boxes! The store is small but packed with tons of interesting and exciting surprises, you've really got to check it out for yourself!

A very fun shop to visit. Probably the most pictures I have ever taken for a review. Many items are very fragile, so I wouldn't recommend bringing really young children. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have many different specimens, shells, crystals, and unique gifts. Lots of bones and bugs and cool vintage-looking posters. Please see their website for classes, events, and info on the ethical sourcing of the collections that they sell.

Wow! Cute little hole in the wall store with amazing items! Wide array of selection with awesome posters, gems, and books along with taxidermy and skulls of all types of animals. They have a very beautiful butterfly and bug wall with bugs sourced from around the world. The customer service was amazing, very welcoming and they’re serious about following the cdc guidelines for a safe environment. I’m so excited I found this gem of a store and this is a great place for your birthday and Christmas gifts.

This store is great! They have so many great pieces— there really is something for everyone and every budget. Heather was working, and my friend Molly and I absolutely adored her and enjoyed our time chatting with her. We both found some items we couldn’t be without and I look forward to returning to one of my new “happy places.”

I am in love with this place! I went in to buy butterflies and they had this gorgeous 22 double glass butterfly case. It’s my first piece from them that I bought two years ago and it’s still gorgeous to this day. I even changed the frame from the black to a beautiful gold to really do it justice! I recommended anyone to come here and check out what they have!
