I've called the pharmacy on several occasions trying to get answers for questions I have & they never pick up their telephone. I once waited for 25 minutes just to see if I was going to get anywhere. Nothing. The front staff do pick their phone. I told the store manager & she said they're short staffed & was apologetic. And then I was apologetic in return. The hold music is pretty.

Scheduled Covid test a week ago. I pull up for my appointment and they make me wait 10 minutes. They then come to the window to tell me their Covid test system is down. Here's an idea, why don't you immediately tell whoever pulls up that the Covid test system is down so they can go about their Saturday? Or better yet, contact the people who scheduled a Covid test and let them know the system is down before they waste their time and gas on a Saturday. I won't be back.

Be sure and schedule another PCR somewhere else as a backup; you’ll thank me later. Spent a good hour in line waiting for them to try to print the forms. All the other appointments in the city got booked for the day. Walgreens took pitty on me and squeezed me in at 9a the next day. Walgreens on 40th… way better Customer Service.

Tried to get ahold of the pharmacy all day for a prescription that was really important to start today. They never answer their phone. Waited on the phone on hold for someone to pick up literally until the pharmacy closed. They never picked up. I still haven’t started a prescription that I was told I needed to start THIS MORNING. And still have no idea when it will be ready. I was on hold for almost 2 hours at the end of the day and they never answered my call. So beyond frustrated with this pharmacy. If you can avoid it, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

Rudest employee experience I have ever had. This visit just reinforced why I go to walgreens over cvs. The woman working as manager with the accent is by far the rudest person I have ever come across. She was taking to a woman for about 15 minutes and acted annoyed when she was approached by another customer with a question. She completely blew that woman off and walked away. Right after a man approached her with a question. She took one look at his dirty work clothes (he looked like he worked construction) and told him it didn't matter where the item was he was probably going to steal it. The proceeded to tell him he had to leave the store right now. If it could get worse, she accused another girl of stealing and was making jokes about it with another customer about it. Regardless of whether she was or was not stealing, it is highly inappropriate to make jokes about a customer. If I was her manager she would be fired, She just lost 3 customers for life. That is not customer service, nor even human decency.

Called in a prescription yesterday morning and the voice message said ready by 1pm the same day. Showed up at 6 pm the next day and the prescription is not ready. I said I called it in yesterday, and the lady said there are some from 10 days ago. If you are not able to fulfill prescriptions do not take new ones. Once this prescription runs out, I will try the Walgreens near Desert Foothills.

Extremely rude pharmacist the only nice one is the manager who is pregnant the irony. The brunette who never smiles and always seems to be in a rush refused to service me because she assisted another guest while others were there first including me and I pointed it out. Store is filthy and unorganized no cashiers in the front oh yea and the pharmacist NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE GOODLUCK

I needed the drive through and I was so appreciative of Maria going the extra mile for me today! She was so polite the entire time. The topical medicine my husband needed for pain after surgery was $100 with insurance. She tried running a discount card the surgeon gave him, but with that it was even more!! She tried GoodRx and thankfully that was MUCH more afforable. I thanked her for her help and asked her to please apologize to whomever was behind me for my transaction taking so long. Great customer service. Wish we lived closer to this location.

Here waiting in a line for a COVID test. My appointment was at 1210 and it’s 12:24 and there are two cars ahead of me. I’ve been waiting here since noon. The reminder says if I’m not on time my appointment will be cancelled. I’m trying to figure out the hold up. Maybe they need to fine tune this drive up process to be more efficient. Otherwise I love this CVS. They always have a good variety of products and I love the customer service.
