A lot of people be hanging outside this Family Dollar. Cool staff but a lot of people just hanging outside both entrance of the parking lot

Walked in, cashier didn't greet us cause she was on her phone...bought some.Hi C orange, the 8 pack....get home and open it, it was expired. The expire date was June 27th 2022 I purchased them on July 2nd....as a customer service worker myself, that type of thing is unacceptable. I didn't even bother taking it back because I knew they wouldn't care.

I was verbally assaulted at this family dollar called broke and was told to fight I was just about to shop and the worker got Verbally aggressive. I will NEVER shop at family dollar again.

I've gone there on 3 separate occasions within the last month around 6:30pm and the doors were locked. This is well before the posted close time. It makes things very inconvenient for someone that works night shift, and tends to get most things done in the evening.

The item tag said it was one price and when I checked out it rang up as another been calling for an hour and a half blowing up the phone to see if I can go in and exchange it for the correct item and no answer not once, let the line ring for 2 minutes straight each time . Cashier that was there had earbuds in both ears and couldn't even hear me when asked for a balloon. Ridiculous service for being slow there has to be at least one person close to the phone to answer within that time

The staff is very friendly but the store itself is a mess. Can barely walk anywhere in the store with products being all over the place.

I've never walked into any retail Store in any ghetto for upper class neighborhood I'm been so appalled The cashier not only was on the phone the entire Time She was also on speaker phone the entire time Just to add to all of that She was very rude refused to help me use tap to pay which I have never used before And instead of helping or calling for help she told me that it just doesn't work. NO I DONT THINK IT WAS BROKEN. Dollar store Mini mart corner store I don't care. By far the worst customer service I've had in my life

I had gone to this store around Xmas and I had one of the worked bump into a then roll her eyes at my, never bothered to say excuse me. So I go in today, even though I said I would not go back because of the rude worker. I am or was trying to understand the ignorance of the people that work in there. I listened to them talk bad about a customer that didn't have enough money to pay for all the stuff he had in his basket. The female that was talking about him was very loud. I didn't care for her as she rung up my items. Just rude. If I didn't need to items I had purchased I would have just left the stuff there. This is the second Family Dollar I have shopped at and I am so disappointed with the people that work there. I have heard on many occasions, if you are not happy where you work, find a job were you will be. It is not fair for others to suffer because you want to be a a##.
