This is the absolute worst location and needs total new management. They always are filthy with items scattered about on top of the fact that you have to deal with the workers being rude by talking about disgusting things in front of customers and taking their sweet time with helping us I'm currently sitting in front of a Family Dollar that's supposed to open at 9:00 I see the lady but the store is closed it's so annoying coming to this location

I enjoy going here so much now!!! It’s always clean and smells good!!! New manager is very helpful and keeps the place clean. Place looks great! David is going his thing keeping it clean and the pill heads out because that’s a bad area!!!

First and for most im only giving one star because i cant give a zero and write a review. The store manager is completly unprofessional and a liar. Accuses someone of stealing, when told he has the wrong person he turns and screams curses and threatens customer with physical harm including the term that he would take my life. I contacted police who wemt to the store the manager david then lies to the police about being able to view the security footage This was confirmed by speaking to another store manager at a different location and we are also contacting corporate directly to file a formal complaint.

These people are so rude. They treat everyone like your gonna steal from their store. Its not in the greatest neighborhood maybe thats why, but still there's no reason to treat everyone that way. The employees are as ghetto as the location. I work hard for my money and I demand respect where I spend it. I enjoy the prices, and the merchandise, but is it worth it to be treat poorly. The app for the store hardly works so when you go to use it there's always an issue and I never get the coupon deals....Maybe not all the stores are like this but the one on 28th drive and Cactus is ghetto hood rat for sure !!!!

Terrible management. Had to write his company. Said he didn,t care, go ahead. Disrespected me because I didn,t count out my change onto his hand. I was separating it and he lost his mind. I returned my purchased products. Not worth a zero. Not to even talk about covid and physical contact.

Would be a 5 star review except right before the holidays I was called a jerk because my facemask had slid off my face by one of the employees (Garrett). That same employee has also gotten into it on almost every time I've been in the store with another customer. Sao I recommend not going during the second shift or evening hours. He is a blonde emo older gentleman there. Otherwise the store is typically clean, staff is friendly and courteous, store is well stocked.

Wonderful service. I found everything I was looking for in minutes and when I had certain questions, employees were nearby and happy to help. They even welcomed me back as I was walking out the door after check-out!

Always love shopping at any Family Dollar really. That is where I find the best deals at for the same product sometimes either way the product servers the same purpose so I am satisfied!!!!
