Great spot for a quick hair cut. No appointment needed. My 5 yr old had his hair a little too long and in his eyes and they trimmed him up stylishly and quickly while still leaving a good amount of the length and adding some more texture and shape. I have been going to this Great Clips for several years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jennifer is the best! She is very professional and personable and does a great job cutting mine and my husband’s hair. My husband used to go somewhere very expensive and didn’t want to ever try anyone else until I convinced him to try Jennifer at Great Clips and now he is a customer for life like me. My mom who is 81 years old gets her hair cut by Melissa. Melissa is a true professional. She is courteous, polite and so detailed. Mom loves her. The team as Great Clips works hard and quickly to take care of their clients young and old. Lists of smiles and great haircuts when people walk out the door. Keep up the good work.

Have been coming to GC for a while, always walk out happy. I like that they do the special this time of year where you can pre-buy haircuts on a card for $11.99 and use them whenever you want. If you're like me and know you're going to Great Clips again for your next cut it makes a lot of sense to buy them ahead for less $$$.

I called and spoke to Jennifer who I had been in with before. Jenifer told me on the phone yesterday I could have an appointment today at 0800. I was there at 7:45 early. Jennifer told me upon opening it was "first come first served" and proceeded with the customer in front of me. To me, "appointment" should mean something. I left and wont go back. The place is unprofessional. (PS I tipped her 30% last time).

Steve, the manager of the shop, gives great hair cuts and color. Both my spouse and I have been to him with wonderful results. The shop is clean and located in one of the most beautiful shopping centers in Phoenix. The store is always clean, bathrooms clean and the service people are always friendly. They’re staff seems to always be talented & friendly and know how to give a good haircut and color. I highly recommend this shop.

Came in, was greeted politely and all was well. However, when it came time to have my haircut, I found myself being lectured on the numerical-length system used to cut hair. I made it clear that I didn't understand the numbers, and that I only had instructions for how I wanted my hair to look. Then, another stylist who wasn't even working on my hair came over to educate me on the system in an irritated and rude manner. The haircut went great, I unfortunately didn't get to hear the name of my stylist, who deserves a 5 star rating on her own. Very open to discussion about my hair and how we could improve it. Excellent service on my stylist's part, and an excellent haircut When it came time for checkout, I found myself being bombarded with various hair products. One of the stylists was aggressively trying to sell me more than I asked for, even after I declined the products and made it clear I was only going to purchase 1 shampoo. Overall, it seems like the stylists are more concerned with their systems and selling hair products rather than the quality of service for the customer. I used to have my hair cut by Great Clips every time, no question. However, this latest visit is forcing me to rethink which hair salon has my best interests in mind.
