The young skinny guy was very rude and customer service was very poor. He told us to shop online for what we were looking because they didn't have merchandise. After walking walking mall we saw what we were looking. They need to really train these kids how to be respectful to their customers when they are even being rude.

Horrible service young men didn't greet no one coming he was just on his phone texting and ppl had to go up to the young guy to ask for questions. There was also another young lady that work there and same thing didn't even try to ask no one if they needed help or not I wanted to buy a jersey a hat and shirt but because they wore both on they're phones texting I didn't buy nothing manger need to do a better job hiring employees or his going be losing money next time I'll take pictures of them and expose them here not the first time this has happen just don't recommend no one buying they're if they can't help ppl out or even ask ppl if need help

Visited this store (440) the other day with my mom and son. My mom was buying my husband, my son and I jersey's for our wedding anniversary. My husband was completely undecided on what jersey he wanted. I wasn't sure of my size or my sons. The two employees there, Edson and Gio were very helpful and patient with us as I decided on what I wanted. Also I was on the phone with my husband or waiting for messages from him. The two employees were very patient and kind and did not once rush me into a making a decision or buying anything.They encouraged me to try the jersey on my son to make sure it fit the way I wanted it to. They also encouraged me to try mine on before buying. They went up and down the ladder multiple times to get jerseys or put them back. They also offered to call other stores to see if they had my sons size in stock, and to put anything on hold if need be. They never made us feel unwelcome although I'm sure it was frustrating as I was completely undecided on things. I will definitely be revisiting this store for future purchases, as long as the employees are as nice, friendly, and patient as these two. Great job to the two employees Edson and Gio on amazing customer service.

Save yourself a trip and shop somewhere else for sports apparel. The store is understaffed and the employees need more training by their own Management in customer service and overall store policies. They can't even answer simple questions in regards to returns and exchanges.

I just called & the person I got on the phone was really rude and was refusing to answer my question on product availability. Punk, teenage customer service at its finest.
