We called in to check and see if they had some wheel bearings available for our truck and the guy working at the front desk took our phone call and when we walked into the store he already had the wheel bearings ready for easy check out. I just thought it was great cuz we did not say that we're going to go in but he had them ready just in case we did and made our trip that much faster and easier... Here on Friday night I guess employees make there own,hours door says open til 10. It is 955 and whole store is locked up and not a soul insight. I want to know how to call it a day at my job before schedule closing time but fortunatley my supervisors expect integrity and honesty from there employees.

Went in to buy some parts for my vehicle when I walked in the guy who came up was about to eat something he had on the shelf but walked up to me and when he got to the counter said absolutely nothing. He stared at me and waited for me to say something I told him what I needed and he was being so rude when asking for the information. He made awkward silences. What really made me not want to be there was when I was asking him what the difference in the brake were he started talking to me like a child and asked if I could read. Guys wearing his hat backwards and just plain rude.

I had help from Carlos today with getting an old battery out, and replacing it with a new one. I didn't have any tools and he used his own personal ones to do the job. Him and the other employees went above and beyond with their service and I recommend anyone who needs help go see them. Thanks for everything!
