I just ask an employee if they had any bags of ice in the outside freezer and i he reacted as if i had just asked him to donate a kidney or a lung to me.. this is te second time they have done that to me in a week, they just dont care!!!

When I ordered my food, I was waiting 25 minutes for two small things. My macaroni and cheese is to old they put it on the microwave for one minute and a half and that was it 😒😒😒Is not clean where are the sodas or coffee machine

If you go here try to avoid manager JAVIER. Not sure what it is with him but he will be rude for absolutely NO reason. Maybe he is not getting enough play? Even then, that is not our (customers) fault. Javier, if you're so angry with everyone, do not take it out on the innocent while you're at work, you're a MANAGER. Better luck in your next life I guess? Ps: Your pricing-tag skills need a ton of work.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Nobody greets you, I ordered a egg sandwich and they threw my sandwich and did not tell me it was done. Then they charged me for a little cup of ice cream $3.00! Everywhere else they give me a big cup! I mentioned it and the "manager" asked "You paid $3.00 for that!?" I replied yes and showed my receipt. He act as of he was gonna do something about it to then say "oh yeah we don't have big cups, those are small cups!" Well then why charge so much?! He was rude as well! He had an opportunity don't care attitude! They need to learn from Christian and everyone else at the QT at 67th ave and lower Buckeye! If you want your food thrown and people with attitudes then here you go! 91st ave Indian school. Wonder how they would act towards customers if the general manager was there!?

This place should be closed there is absolutely no social distancing. There's people in there like a rock club wall-to-wall shoulder-to-shoulder . The owners in a management should be ashamed. Let's just keep packing them in to make money.

One of the regular QT stops we make in the west-valley. QT is pretty much our go-to gas station for both the fuel and the food. This location is usually pretty clean and well-staffed. I do agree with some other reviewers in that they chose the oddest, busiest times to shut down parts of the parking to do some cleaning. The pumps can get very busy at this location in prime hours, so you might have to circle a few times to find an open spot. Be patient; pump turnover here is pretty quick.

I attempted to purchase lottery tickets from Julie R who was running the cash registers all by herself at 5:45 pm on a Wednesday. She got so frustrated that should could not help me with my lottery tickets. Hopefully they stop washing the parking lot at 5:30 pm when it is busy so they can TRY to help their customers.

If you're looking for friendly service, keep driving!! No one smiles- even when they're talking to you. I had an employee almost run me over with their floor cleaner- without even an apology or "excuse me". They're abrupt even when it isn't busy... I'll keep going to my regular Circle K...

I got some fuel today and let me tell you, this is the best gas I have bought all day! QT is always awesome. Friendly staff with fast service... a winning combination. They make me want to go out and drive 200 miles just so I need to go back and buy more gas from them. Keep up the great work QT, your competitors just don't know what they are missing. Tastiest gasoline is town!!!

I have been a loyal customer for several years. I am in and out of 3 or 4 different QTs daily, I have always raved about the service - until today. They have a Coke special; 2 for $7.99 with a coupon, definitely not a great deal, but the convenience of not having to go into a grocery store makes it all worthwhile. At 3:00 this afternoon, though they have coke stacked around the store promoting the 2 for $7.99, Chris, the manager on duty, refused to give me the dollar off because they are out of the manufacture's coupon. REALLY? If QT needs an additional dollar from me, then I will find somewhere else to shop!!!! In the meantime, they need to stop advertising that which isn't even available to their customers. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!
