I was forced to get gas here, as I was almost on empty. Several pumps that I pulled up to had strange messages on the screen, as if the system were booting up. The one I finally arrived at told me to pay inside. So I donned my mask and went inside. After a moment, a woman reluctantly slinked out of the back room. I commented about how asinine it is to have to pay inside during the Pandemic, to which she mumbled something about "policy". This is a horrible policy. They would probably cite "fraud" or some other hooey, but there is no point to paying inside at a gas station in the 21st Century, especially with the dangers posed by the Coronavirus. When you couple this experience with the recent installation of new pumps that blare advertisements at the customer, and the fact that this station is typically one of the most expensive in the Valley, I arrive at the resolution to never return to this Shell - or any other, for that matter! The shamelessness exhibited by many businesses these days is beyond compare!

They sell propane but do not schedule enough employees. Went to buy propane and they couldn’t sell because not enough help.

Horrible service. I waited 20 minutes to get my propane filled and the 2 attendees kept telling me to wait for them to serve everyone in line. The line was never ending. Will never go back there!

Busy Busy Busy Busy Busy Busy Busy Busy Busy. This has to be one of the busiest gas stations I've ever been to. It's hard to get in/out unless you're headed north. Prices are what you'd expect from one of the only gas stations in N Scottsdale...

Great coffee, very clean, great staff always working, always helping, they really try to smile as much as one person can who is at work. They sell fried chicken very good and the chef is very sweet.
