You know a pizza is supposed to have a consistent blend of quality cheese, sauce, and pizza dough. If you add meat or something else that’s your preference. However, what happens when you simply cannot follow directions with the basic three ingredients? Well you get a cheese bread…. And that’s what I got last night. I had to ask for extra sauce on the sauce and it didn’t hit correctly. Overall grade 0 stars, google is being gracious.

This is one of the best Pizza Hut locations that I’ve ever visited! I LOVE PIZZA HUT CHEESE STICKS. To me, there are no better even at the finest Italian eateries, and this is mostly thanks to the seasoning they add to the finished sticks. Since I was a kid, I’ve always just ordered cheese sticks with extra seasoning. Over the many years, I’ve experienced a lot of eye-rolls and annoyed staff who may or may not fulfill the request, or I get extra seasoning but very little cheese, many ways to make the dish less desirable, but for 3-4 visits now, this location is happy to take my special request AND the cheese sticks arrive PERFECTLY covered in cheese, extra seasoning, perfectly cooked and hot! And they’re always so nice! This last delivery the driver had trouble connecting with me, and when I called to inquire about the delivery, they sent me a FRESHLY MADE order. THEY WERE SO NICE AND HELPFUL!! They are renewing my faith in Pizza Hut, which was sorely needed!

Haven’t been to any Pizza Hut in years, I felt they got overpriced. That being said My father was craving it so I decided to get him some today. So Just ordered carry out, employee was kind and polite when I came in. Easy to order (online). They forgot to put my marinara sauce for my bread sticks. I trusted that they would have put it in, my mistake for not checking if they did the work right. I should have also check that the wings weren’t dry when I ordered Buffalo medium, wings were over cooked or just old (hard to chew) there was no bone in option not sure if they just discontinued those again haven’t been here in years. Huge disappointment. Pizza was mediocre at best slightly crisp (burnt), not what I remember Pizza Hut to be. Just a very blah experience not worth the $40+ I paid. Maybe if I hadn’t ordered the dinner box but that is just me trying to give this poor quality food an excuse. I would have gone back but I walked and I’m a 25min walk away so you can imagine the disappointment and annoyance I have after the amount spent.

I placed an online order on Jan 11, 2022 at 5:19 pm, at 5:36 pm, I received a text message stating my order was on the way. I waited until 6:30 pm to call the store and inquire as to why my order had not arrived since the store is about half a mile from my residence. The person who answered indicated that my order was actually still at the store and that he would discount $20 from my order for the delay. By the time I received the order, the food was cold and I was still charged the full amount with no discount added. I felt I was mislead twice, once by the text stating that the order was on the way, and then by indicating that a discount would be added to my order, following through with all terms communicated would leave a customer satisfied.

Wouldn’t recommend this location. Ordered online yesterday and after arriving and paying for the pizza, was told it would be ready in a “few minutes”. About 10 mins goes by and nothing. Then a guy walks in, places a carry out order w the same cashier I had just paid for my order to and about 15 mins later he receives his order! (W some amazing customer service by the way) At this point, the same cashier has walked to the front of the store a couple times and made eye contact w no mention of my order. Then after about 10 more mins he finally asks, “sir are you waiting on a order?” I didn’t say a word, simply showed him the receipt and he proceeded to reach in the warmer and hand me my pizza. Will NEVER stop at this location again

Terrible customer service. Walked from my apartment to order a carry out pizza, and was told it would only take 15 minutes for it to be made. Sat down to wait. After 45 minutes, my pizza was not ready. (3x the amount of time I was quoted). No explanation or apology was given. I would have understood if they had even said they were really behind or something, but no one even said anything to us. When we finally got our pizza a few minutes later, we walked back with it. After walking all the way back, we found out our sauces were the incorrect flavor. (The cheddar cheese one is disgusting by the way).
