When Hector is working , I guess he does not want to take ebt because the machine is only not working when he is on shift and that's discrimination! Also He was very rude and disrespectful . After I ordered a 3 topping Large pizza and was unsatisfied because it looked like a cheese pizza. Said that they would remake it but only to see that they threw on a bunch of 1 topping(mushrooms no meat)out if the 3 to the already made pizza and heated it up. The box was barely warm. He said he wasn't giving me anything but a refund because I asked if I could be compensate for waiting . If you guys don't like black people please stop working in black areas to only mistreat us and everyone was on their phone, when I looked in back the 2 young ladies both on the cell phone.. God is watching

I’m very disappointed I ordered a dinner box from them and the pepperoni is crispy, the breadsticks had no seasoning on it, called them back, they said they will remake my dinner box instead sent me a medium pizza and breadsticks. I was also supposed too have cinnamon sticks and they had an excuse of why they didn’t remake my whole order like they said they were going too smh never ordering from her again

Order a stuffed crust with extra sauce looks like they didn't get the memo. TRIED CHECKING MY RECEIPT YET THEY DIDNT SEND ONE. Manager made me lose my appetite NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN! CALLED BACK TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER BEFORE POSTING MY DISAPPOINTMENT AND SHE SAYS "HE IS ON BREAK" Excuse me are you saying when I previously asked for the manager THAT LADY WASNT THE MANAGER "NO it was ME!" SO I look forward to hearing from the manager!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Pizza Hut! The driver who delivered my food was not only not wearing a mask, with their hair down, but she was also not wearing gloves which was promised as a protocol . There were hair on the sides of both of the pizzas that I ordered. It was disgusting and there was no way I was going to still eat the pizza that way! I’ve been trying to get my refund for several weeks now, and I’m getting nowhere with them. I talk to Susan who told me that I could get a refund in cash, but then I called back and talk to a male and female supervisor who told me that they couldn’t give me cash back that was promised. Susan said she left a note for them but they haven’t still return my calls in days.

Hair in pizza. Son almost choked on it. Tried calling and speaking to a manager -was hung up on. If the restaurant is interested in making it right I'd like 16 bone out BBQ wings instead.

Just had worst Worst pizza of my life. It was not pizza huts fault. It was this stores fault. 1. Pizza was dried n looks like it was made 4-5 hrs before delivery. Top of that driver was waiting 100 metres away from my location. Guyz do not order from this store. They sell s***
