Simple order for two medium pizzas. Called for pickup. Phone man sounded confident only for me to show up and the order was never placed. Get it together general/store managers.

Half of the pizza came with only three bits of mushrooms. Forget about adding it as an extra topping. Just buy your own, cut, fry and add it on your pepperoni slice.

Everytime we order from this location, they get the order WRONG. EVERY TIME. Today, I paid for hand tossed pepperoni and mushrooms and asked for no onions. When they deliver contactless, they dont actually drop it off. They wait on the street and call me to come get it. They always take forever to 'make sure its perfect'. Seriously, get it together

I called to check my order and the staff (Axel) member who answered the phone was rude and did not want to help me. When I asked to speak to a manager he hung up the phone. I called back and asked for a manager again he yelled to the manger her order was canceled and she will get her refund. The manger (Angel) apologized for the employee's behavior. Not recommended to order from Manchester around 6pm. I canceled my order and the poor delivery lady was sent anyway. I called after she left and told Juan I canceled my order. He told me, I just got a free pizza. I don't trust it. Manchester needs to do better😔😔😔😔

We ordered 8 pizzas and an 1 and a half later, we recieve it. it says it's been out for delivery for 40 minutes. And we live just down the street. I understand it's a lot of food but still disappointing.

I ordered car side delivery and once the app said it was ready I went and waiting for about an hour and a half, only so they don’t bring out my full oder. The person that brought it out was arguing with me that I hadn’t payed for anything else, and I had to show him the receipt he brought out to me 2 times before he realized it was there.

I live on 80th and normandie I LOVE my dominoes there never late and always 🔥 hot. Often I pickup after ordering online and when you walk in its like family you hear Hello from the crew god bless them keep up the good work

Just look at the pizza, so ugly lol But it’s ok this is the first time this happens to me they always do it right but this time they messed up with my pizza. I always pick up the pizza cause it’s faster that being delivered, I see a lot of people complaining here about delivery maybe because the place can’t handle all the volume of orders. Just pick it up it’s faster. (I DONT KNOW WHY ITS SO UGLY)
