DON’T ORDER FOR THIS PLACE!!!!! They took 3 hours and then when I finally called to check up on my order I was told my order was canceled without me being notified and because I supposedly placed a order so many times as a joke and when I told her this was my first time calling this store she cut me off and then said my order was cancelled because they only took credit, so I had someone else place the same order and put that they are paying in cash and they are now delivering it. Don’t order for this place they are very out of order and took forever.

Worst service possible. Everyone acts like their at a kickback rather than work. Everone seems to be high to the point where i paid for my order then the guy says what cause i was standing in front of the register waiting for him to hand me my pizza and until i said my pizza he said haha or right and thats just the tip of the iceberg. The order took forever to be ready even though we showed up ten min after it was supposed to be ready. They forgot an item and the receipt then asked for the receipt to give us the item and had to look for the first cashier to veryfi that we were missing it. Not once was there an appology or even the look of being ashamed at how poorly they handled the whole thing. But the important thing is they were all having fun at work as a team and it wasnt even busy for the order to have taken so long.

Placed an order and after an hour I called the store to inquire about the order. They say driver is on the way. Half hour later still no pizza. Called back and manager could not care less. Canceled pizza. I live 2 blocks from this location. Heads up, workers do not care at this location. If you want pizza, order somewhere else.

Made a order here after about a hour of waiting I called them they said my order was out for delivery I said ok and waited for another 30 min cause I know how bad traffic is sometimes but when I called again no one answered the first 2 time it took me calling a third time and when they finally answered they told me that my order was never placed and when I tried telling them I got charged for it they said “that’s not our problem” and hung up I’ve been trying to talk to a manger but they answer my call and when I ask for one they jus hang up in my face I NEED ANSWERS NOW

I order a delivery pizza and I paid $5.49 for delivery. When the pizza came the driver call me to come down stairs and pick it up. I have been ordering pizza hut pizza for delivery for 27 years at my same address. Never has a driver stopped at the front desk and called for me to come down stairs to pick it up. They all has come to front door and ringed the bell. No problem. My I also say I am a 40 percent disable Veteran. I called the pizza hut and as a young lady when did they start calling and asking people to come pick up there pizza after is has been delivery? My answer was sometime the driver can not park and a lot of other stuff. After 27 years of getting a pizza delivery to me. Front door just pay and that it. This has never happen to me before. I dont buy that.

Orderd on the phone, when I came to pick up, the worker addressed a guy that came in after me. She didn't even acknowledge my presence. Plus I ordered thin & crispy crust and it was soft and floppy. 😒
