5 Best pizza restaurant in Los Angeles, California (CA) 2024

I’m very disappointed I ordered a dinner box from them and the pepperoni is crispy, the breadsticks had no seasoning on it, called them back, they said they will remake my dinner box instead sent me a medium pizza and breadsticks. I was also supposed too have cinnamon sticks and they had an excuse of why they didn’t remake my whole order like they said they were going too smh never ordering from her again ~Cecile

Haven’t been to any Pizza Hut in years, I felt they got overpriced. That being said My father was craving it so I decided to get him some today. So Just ordered carry out, employee was kind and polite when I came in. Easy to order (online). They forgot to put my marinara sauce for my bread sticks. I trusted that they would have put it in, my mistake for not checking if they did the work right. I should have also check that the wings weren’t dry when I ordered Buffalo medium, wings were over cooked or just old (hard to chew) there was no bone in option not sure if they just discontinued those again haven’t been here in years. Huge disappointment. Pizza was mediocre at best slightly crisp (burnt), not what I remember Pizza Hut to be. Just a very blah experience not worth the $40+ I paid. Maybe if I hadn’t ordered the dinner box but that is just me trying to give this poor quality food an excuse. I would have gone back but I walked and I’m a 25min walk away so you can imagine the disappointment and annoyance I have after the amount spent. ~Lissette

Worst service possible. Everyone acts like their at a kickback rather than work. Everone seems to be high to the point where i paid for my order then the guy says what cause i was standing in front of the register waiting for him to hand me my pizza and until i said my pizza he said haha or right and thats just the tip of the iceberg. The order took forever to be ready even though we showed up ten min after it was supposed to be ready. They forgot an item and the receipt then asked for the receipt to give us the item and had to look for the first cashier to veryfi that we were missing it. Not once was there an appology or even the look of being ashamed at how poorly they handled the whole thing. But the important thing is they were all having fun at work as a team and it wasnt even busy for the order to have taken so long. ~Hasser

The rudest manager murry he hung up in my face 3 times had to contact customer service and report the store they dont even care if they mess up your order done with dominos ~Miss

Gavin was super helpful and friendly. He helped me order the # of pizzas I needed for our students and he also made the effort for me to get them before my expected time after there was a change of schedule. Pizza arrived on time and ready to eat! Kids and staff loved it. Super appreciative. 👌 Definitely going back to do business again. Parking: There is parking in the back and front of the location.
