What a nightmare🤯, ATM machines out for over a week now!!! Only 1 ATM machine working and they still closed the bank at 12pm! Great way to care for their costumers 👏👏

Even though it says it closes at noon 12pm on a Saturday. The bank closes at 11:45. I was getting some food from the vendors in front of the bank when I overheard two people yelling at the manager for closing up when they got their just before noon. They then criticized how that rule was not posted in front of the bank.

Wells Fargo East Los Angeles, this bank handles many customers. I believe all employees are bilingual. They do a magnificent job. My respects to all that work there. I am always treated as a human being, happy faces, some pretty ones 😎. Thank you to Wells Fargo East Los Angeles.

No restroom because its in the hood?? This needs to be addressed. OC Wells fargo have restrooms. People need to have standards

The teller and her Supervisor were extremely rude to my mother saying that she was lying about a torn twenty dollar bill and didn't wanna take it so after giving my mom a hard time I told her to call customer service and the nice gentleman over the phone fix the issue and the money they didn't wanna take that came from there ATM Machine!! she is getting it back and she also filed a complaint to this branch
