Zero stars. I have been systemically over charged by this office. They have ignored my attempts to cancel an old policy at an address where I do not live. Dispite talking with them on the phone repeatedly this has not been resolved and I am still being charged months later. I also recieved a condo policy from them when I was expecting to have home owners insurance. I had to switch coverage to another office because the Armando team refused to swap out my coverage for what I actually needed.

Their rates are good, but the agency is very slow at returning phone calls. I can get that with the 15 minute folks, so I'm with a Havasu-based insurance broker now. Learned my lesson.

I have been an Allstate homeowners insurance customer since 2012. I've had zero claims, but my homeowners insurance increased 69% from last year to this year. I recommend shopping around before choose Allstate because you will save money and Allstates customer loyalty is nonexistent.

When we have problems or concerns they really try to resolve them, I really like Allstate but they are a bit of a pricey insurance, but for the price you pay, expect to be in “good hands.” My family just had a few issues they made very confusing about who’s on the policy, other than that great insurance!

Never answer their phones and our policy got dropped in the middle of the insured year because they do not insure manufactured homes is what we were told. It would have been nice to know this when we first signed up and why would they insure and then change it 6 months into it. We had a claim that never got resolved.
