I purchased a pair of shoes last week, returned home, tried them on only on my carpet and realized they were too small. I immediately brought them back and was denied a refund by the manager Isaiah.With a rude tone and attitude, he insisted I had worn the shoes and was trying to swindle them out of a refund. He proceeded to gas light me and tell me I had clearly worn the shoes when I absolutely had not. He refused my refund and mocked me for trying to return something I had "worn". Maybe Champs isn't checking the quality of their shoes before sending them out (honestly I barely even noticed the slight bit of dirt on the bottom. Guess cleanliness isn't the stores best policy), but this experience was unbelievably rude and showed Champs couldn't care less about the customer. Not only did I not receive my money back, but I left feeling mocked, made fun of, and not taken seriously.

Lots of great help from Larissa, she was very friendly and very patient as i tried on a few shoes, she even helped offer some shoes i wouldn’t have thought of and ended up walking out with 3 pairs. Thank you Larissa

Really difficult system for military discounts. Card, birthday and some other superfluous info needed. If I show you a military ID not expired with my face on it, that should be pleanty. I will NOT go back to the store in the Tucson mall.

I like their selection of shoes and apparel. I wish they carried better insoles for the shoes they sell. Superfeet insoles are great and they have a wonderful selection, however, they don't carry them. The pricing is alright. The staff has always been friendly and professional.
